Whoa..you think it's ok?
you probably know that you forgot your signature^^
is she...in a bathtub?
the butterfly(s) is a bit out of place, i think it might be the color.
i think ,you might wanna add some droplets of water on her at places. because it's nearly impossible to stay that dry, although it's not very important.
the other thing you can add is a little bit of mist because of hot water?
otherwise, the scan color is a bit dull/ which maybe because of some artifacts. but overall it's really good

The butterflies look really out of place... like they don't blend in

There's a misordering with the hairlayers, the topmost one should be covered by her left sleeve. As for the artifacts, thats maybe due to a too low jpg quality setting.
Looks like a bathoroom or similar tiled floor, blu3. Hmm, I agree that the butterflies aren't really working out as you want, 'cause those butterfly brushes were made from photographs, which is too realistic for the main scan. Might want to hunt for some other brushes, or try putting these through a filter.
You might also want to think a bit on what else you can do with this, because it's not very much besides floor + scan at the moment, which may not be enough.
Good luck!

Well thank you for your comments so far. I got rid of the realistic buterflys and made my own buterfly, which I think looks ok (Feel free to comment on the buterfly) . As for the wall, she is not just on a tile flor she is also in water plz look carefuly, you can see how the water is filling up the flow as it goes higher it soaks up her cloth making it darker. I can't make drops of water on her because the goal here is to show that the water is just slowly submerging her. By the way I spent about 6 to 8 hours to get that water to look right. I also made the tiles myself from skretch. So, without further delay here is the rebuterflyed version: http://img461.imageshack.us/my.php?image=newoho0of.jpg
Thank you again for the comments I need help to get this wall right, I am willing to spent what ever time it takes to finish this.

As for the butterflys, just lighten the shadows on them and they should be good .
I spent a lot of time looking at it and i think that where her hair * met the water * looked a bit odd.
To fix tha you need to use the burn tool set at a lower opacity with a splater brush, and brush upward from the the water * hair as if the water is slowly sokeing up her
Where her clothes meet the water* looks weird*, to fix that i would use the smudge tool set at a low opacity and lighty pull up on those water marks you have there( becaws they wouldent all be the same lanth, the water would * absorb differntly* )
And lasty i would put * more ripples* around her body, expeshily around her hands .
but let me tell you gat, SWEET WALL.....i cant even begin to think how i would put that water on....
With these little impruvements it will look great.

I must be out of it, how did I miss that the last time? >_<;;
I agree with squid about more ripples around the hands, since they would probably be moving more.
The butterfly - it's still not working for me, due to the difference in style. You don't want to make one that ends up looking like a brush; it's got to be more like the scan - vectored-like outlines and simple gradient fill/shading not so much detail in it.
Cheers!
Its a very sweet wallpaper
I think the water looks too 'still', may be adding wave( the circular type, after a drop of water dropped in) would create more realistic feeling. Try some ripples around the body(like the water reflects after touching the body).

Anyway, it's really a sexy wallpeper. I think the butterflies... are not working at all... But, overall. I love the concept.
Your suggestions are fantastic. I might probably tried that tehnique...

Hello soldiers, here is the version where I fixed: the buterfly, the deminishing point, added more riples, and darkened the areas where hair meets the water.

Looks good except for the butterfly.

It looks pretty good... but the, uh, left boob looks a little mishapen to me. a real boob (beleive me, I am the master on tit physics ;P) wouldnt be that... pointy. it would be platter and more relaxed. it wouldnt be hard, because you would just have to enlarge and round it a little.
Sorry but you gonna have to like the boobs the way they are I don't do boob jobes. (Pehaps she is aroused? :O)
WHY THE BUTERFLY WHY :(
WHY THE BUTERFLY WHY :(
Because..it's too..
flat.
doesn't look like it's on her at all. maybe it's the shadows ? but it looks too "flat"
