Every time i try to make wallpaper it`s end up with total mess...
Is this wallpaper its a mess too...? Or I can continue make it, cuz this wallpaper its still in progress...

seems like you just enlarged a screenshot because i see no modifications, no quality upgrading. no signature, no selfmade background, no extraction, or wait!
i'm sorry, there was extraction, but you left out some places.
so you combined, Two screenshots and enlarged?
try to get some papers and download a proper scan from the love hina scan section of the Gallery
and make sure you read the AP GUIDE.

Well... I said "it`s still in progress" that`s mean it`s not finishid yet.
So, we can download a scan from AP and take some materiall from that scan?? I just knew about it... i try you advise.
And i didn`t just combined two screenshot...
I get rid some character from the background, and i make that sun and light.

Ooh...really hard when you're 'still in progress' with a wallpaper huh...but anyways it's fun right?...
I suggest you really choose a good quality scan or you'll end up like me (I have so many quality problems with the wallies I made, but it's ok..those comments help me a lot..though I don't really apply some of them..silly me..^^)..

Yeah, i know you extracted her. and i could tellyou made the sun and light because there's no sun there.
Just one thing you should know, glares don't usually look good, and make sure you draw in a sun because now it looks like the lights are gathering at a single point and not at the...erm...sun.
Maybe you've noticed , maybe you haven't but there's a black stripe there at the top you have to get rid of.
create your own scene, and get rid of the bg
just draw it.
vector it. either way, it's got to be crystal clean, and clear

First of all, the backgrund is kinda nice.. But a bit blurry.. same goes for the extracted girl..

It's okay, but background and scan still not really good quality. Clean scan a bit too more and it'll be good, but about bg... I dunno -_-

It looks pretty clean. The background looks empty. It needs something.
Let faith take it's own path...
The background looks empty, there is only an island at the left side(or is it not an island?)
Anyway, I think the first wall in your first post in this thread has better background. But I guess they won't accept it with the new rules of Ap.
I would suggest using other backgrounds, or adding more things to the curent background.
Or, how bout using the first background after vectoring it, and apply some effects and brushes?

Gah... I don`t know what to do again with it...this is the final result...
It took me long enough cuz im in the middle of exam...(Uh... There`s no connection i think).

I want that bg kinda empty cuz` it`s typical of ocean.

Gosh, i read my previous post, and i sounded kinda harsh. XP...sorry^^
the cleanesss is bettter, but it doesn't change the fact that you blurred an enlarged image for the bg. becasue the islands are really blurry...not good.
I like the idea with the store tag from the last wall, but the border dn't really suit the wall..at least i think.
i think, you can get rid of the dolphine because it looks kinda out of place.
your sig is a little too big. and lastly
make the wood and sign brown instead of white.
everything is just a bit too blurry.
