I'm Playing GU and i was wondering if when you do the Divine Awakening is there anyway to make the time longer other than getting perfects on the bar? Netting perfect only nets you 1 or 2 seconds anyway which equals for me anyway 13 to 14 hits.

I don't know myself either, but I think they will until the next vol. as for now the highest for me was 6 seconds and the highest hits for me were 81 hits. I really wish they make it 10 seconds rather than 6 seconds.
Whew, it's been so many so many thread about .hack//G.U. ^^; But well, I've ever reach 100 times by 6 seconds(it makes my thumb turns red ^^;). Sure it's hard. but you can use the joystick which have a turbo function. So you just hold down X button(or O button on Japanese version) and it'll easily reach 100 times with only 3 secs! ^^

Doppelganger will easily beaten by divine awakening. ^^ I always beat him with my divine awakening that deal 2400 dmg(his HP is only approx 2300), so I just need to fullfil my gauge bar in the battles before Doppelganger. ^^

That is true, with just by using the divine awakening only once you can easily defeat the Doppelganger. I will always defeated it because he drops a lot of stuff and I like using the keyword moonlight because I dont have to wait for the Doppelganger to appear after certain minutes. But I make sure I have the divine ready before I fight him just to make sure I don't suffer in battle.

First time I fought him. I was like...OMGWTF?! I didn't know he healed so fast, and I got my butt handed to me my first encounter. Next time I saw him though...I owned him. Without divine awakeing though...Maybe that's why I had a tough time. Has anyone found Salvador all three times? I found him, and he gave me the keywords along with a wallpaper. But I wasn't able to find the keywords when I went to use them...Anyone care to explain?

Yea the first time he was tough to beat at first because the doppleganger is 8 lvls higher than yours. that is why it was better if you beat him in lvl 50 in vol. 1 and in vol. 2 in lvl 100. But in my opinion, the doppleganger in vol. 2 is harder because he recovers way to fast, he recovers faster than the number of times I hit him with my attacks. as for now I have already beat the doppleganger 3 times already in vol. 2. so I already got the three weapons which are the strongest in vol. 2, well except for the scythe of course.
I hate the first time i met doppleganger..

Just need to wait 5 minutes, not 10 minutes. ^^; Defeating Doppelganger in vol.1 is an easy thing. ^^ But, to beat him in vol.2 is a very difficult thing, if you're not using Divine Awakening, or your gauge bar still not full. ^^ Because in vol.2, his weapon can inflict charm, and you know by yourself how if you're got charmed. ^^;

Have you tried being the healer of the group and just let the other members of the party to attack the doppelganger for you. That is what I do most of the time, and I just wait for the bar to get filled so I can use the awakening move.
Hm...I think you should carry the max amount of healing items. Bring along at least Atoli, and make sure she learns spells to get rid of Charm, and confusion. As soon as you get a full gauge bar, use divine, or beast awakening.

That is what I always do. Now I'm defeating him by having Atoli and either Khun or Endrence.
