Yuki Kaida hands down...that husky voice...I can recognize that voice no matter which character it comes from..currently the voice of Fuji in Prince of Tennis...
Ishida Akira!Because he is the voice of a lot of my favorite charas : Gaara (Naruto), Athrun (Gundam Seed), Chrno (Chrno crusade)...

I love quite a lot of seiyuu~ =) Hoshi Soichiro is my favorite!! XDDD his voice is cute and it's KIRA's voice. also, i like Minagawa Junko, Sakurai Takahiro, and, of cos ~ Takahashi Naozumi!!
I like Seki Toshihiko, Hoshi Soichiro, and Miyu Irino, Miki Shinichiro (spl? - he did Allen in Bebop, Yohji in Weiss Kreuz, and Tsuzuki in Yami no Matsuei)
My current favorite is Konishi Katsuyoki. He is the voice of Agatsuma Soubi from Loveless. X3 His voice is so smooth! It sounds a bit like Muraki (Yami no Matsuei), but a bit higher pitched.

I have many favorites because I just find Japanese voices so nice and charming. Seki Toshihiko, Akira Ishida, Miyu Irino, Maaya Sakamoto, Sakurai Takahiro, Aya Hisakawa, Houko Kouwashima, Wakana Yamazaki, Yui Horie...(and the list goes on ^^;;)

*lol* Yes, it is creepy. I heard his voice more and more in the recent animes I seen. But it's great at the same time because he has such a nice voice. ^_^

Besides him, I also like Takahiro Sakurai & Toshiyuki Morikawa.
Hoshi Souichiro has grown to be my favorite seiyuu. His voice just makes me melt. ^o^ He's in a lot of stuff too (but not nearly enough, in my BIASED opinion XD).
Koyasu Takehito, Okiayu Ryoutarou, Tomokazu Seki, and Akira Ishida are awesome too. ^_^

I agree with Ishida Akira. He has a nice voice.
Other's are Takehito Koyasu. He's been in the industry for a long time and he's had some very famous roles.
There are others, but I don't remember their names but I do remember their roles. The person who played Max Jenius in Macross/Macross 7 (I think he also did Cutie Honey Flash) - he has a nice voice. The woman who did Chi in Chobits has a nice voice - plus it varies with the roles she has taken on. I think she was also in Azumanga Daioh and Gundam Seed... someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
Really famous VA was Minmei from Macross... Mari Iijima? And Kikuko Inoue (who did Ah! Megami-sama! and Ranma 1/2) has a very sweet and innocent voice.

Eep..I can't believe I forgot all about Kappei Yamaguchi! I love his voice. It's so nice and kawaii.
