Releasing anger or hatred

Well i have always been a fan of destroying things but it tends to make me even more angry so i kinda stop after I was slightly pissed and broke a useless piece of wood which enden in that i had a pulse of 180 standing in the middle of my thrashed room, red as a tomato. Wasnt too cheap either so nowmore i dont get angry instead. Hit people is a good way of let your anger loose thought. And they dont breake. Well at least they dont breake as easily as chairs or plates. Sometimes just siting down with my CD player playing Trance on maximum volume helps, but then your kinda woozy the rest of the day...

When I am angry I tend to find myself a quiet place where I can meditate... Often times I like to go to someplace high like my roof or sometimes even drive out to a nice relaxing place, like the beach or something... What is wierd about it is when I am mad I have to have someone there with me to talk about it... Normally it would be my girlfriend or sometimes my friends...
Another method that i use to deal with my anger woud have to be sparring with some of my friends... they absolutely hate it because often times I go overboard and tend to hit a lot harder than I normally do... Lastly another method that I use would be playing videogames... especially super smash brothers melee... I like it becuase somehow it relaxes me and makes me forget why I was mad in the first place...
Well that's about it from me.. .It was very interesting to hear other people's opinions of this topic and I am curious to hear more of how people cope with their anger...

Some classical music , or country music will suit perfectly to calm the anger , your nerve will get a bit of relaxation with the tunes and rhytms , listen to them until you feel the storm has elapsed from your heart , of course if you prefer some physical vent out you could always fill a box with something soft or elastic and start to punch , kick or throw the object. well that's about it.
If I get mad, go make pancakes :P the stirring of the mix is really hard (if you don't add enough milk), and if you stir really hard your arm tend to get really tired. It's sort of like punching, except there's no harm done to anyone or anything. I always find myself getting rid of anger so much by making pancakes that, after my arms get tired, I start to laugh at the end. Either that, or you can go play some FPS games and shoot some people in the head to satisfy your anger.
I've had this motto for a while now, "Anger is just a waste of energy." I guess it means that I don't really care what gets me angry, just let it be. Though sometimes there are some things (e.g., racism) that just breaks my mental barrier. This is when I step up, and deal with it (with words of course, nothing can be attained through violence...some Ghandi for you hehe).
I usually go take a soak in the bath tub. It helps relieve stress, especially if i have bubble bath. Aroma therepy stuff is awesome.

It really depend on how angry I am. cause when I get really annoyed and angry, normally I do take stuff as a target and start punching them. sometimes, I release my anger thru playing consoles. but when I was defeated while I'm in bad mood, I swear as loud as I can. normally people would leave me alone when I swear in loud voices unless they are willing to go to hell...LOL...anyway...don't mess with me buddy...!!! LOL

I am not one to go berserk each time I feel angry or mad. I just often keep it to myself and let time pass and I just usually forget what I am mad at. It depends on the situation really. If a person does something to piss me I just usually ignore the person. If I get frustrated at something or about a situation. I just usually try to do something else to divert my attention. But I do find going to the gym and running on the treadmill helps release tension, stress and anger. It's a good and health way to get rid of frustration in my opinion.
I don't really remember myself getting absolutely mad or angry.
I'm usually pretty cool with my life. I suppose it's a good thing.
Maybe I subconsciously store it away for future use... I really don't know.
But when I do get sort of angry, I tend to either just listen to music for a while or rant on a piece of paper to myself and then chuck the paper away. I'm a weirdo. xD
But usually, even if I'm really angry, I'm back to normal in about 30 mins so there's not much I do to cool myself off. ^^

I drink then listen to music then... when doing that analyst the things that im mad or angry at... that calms me...
i just chillax... <- chill and relax... before i would punch a wall to calm myself but when i do that i get a lot of scars on my fist and it doesn't look good at all... and hurting your self is just... uhhmmm not right... :)
