You need to work on the extraction and the characters need cleaning.
PS: Please reduce the size of your signature, one screenheight is definately too much.

Sorry i was playing with my sig ill cut it down. as for the extraction of the images i have to hand cut everything because i have very old software i tried new ones that i could get for free and none of them have remotly the same quitey or number of tools. please understand i am not trying to make excuses its just simple fact. thank you for your comments.

Much better now :). I don't know what you have already tried, but a very good and free software would be GIMP.

Its almost been over 24 hrs. and i guess i will try to submit this wallpaper in a few but please any else please comment.

Hmmmmm very nice wallpaper I must say :)
But you must work a little bit on the extraction and the quality of the main scan isn`t to good.
You easyly can see the diferance betwen the main one (it`s dull) and the other in back.
Background is fine I think. It suits the rest.

Don't cut the line like that...it's not nice..and the mods don't like it.
the problems:
Too many character-not good
not knowing where to look-not good
no real bg-not good
bg is just filled with repetitive characters-not good
main image blurry-not good
image quality are different-not good
font effects-not good
too much font-not good
font type-not good
charcter is also not fitting into the wallpaper
You can a long way to go my friend...sorry for being harsh, i just want to point these out before you lose some papers.
So what you need to do, is choose a scan ...one..
make the actual bg and make it interesting..
upgrade the images quality.
