Hello guys,
like i said in the introduction part i came here to get some good pics for wallpapers, i'm not an expert with brushes and effects and honestly i like the "simple" look in wallapers much more then when its filled with effects
And thats just what i did in this one, I'm a huge fan of "Sai" from "Hikaru No Go" and i felt that most wallapers made(that i could find) were nice for a short while so i tried to make something that i liked and hopefuly you guys will also :P
I made 2 versions, 1 with big japanese letters and one with smaller letters

my favorite is the small letter version but i made one with bigger letters to test it out.
well please comment so i can maybe fill it up a bit or change some things to make it better
(and yeah i know about the "post one wallpaper per topic" thing but to make a new topic about practicly the same wall was a bit much in my opinion)

I suggest that you create a background to fill the white space, perhaps some pattern or scenery? As far as the font goes, I prefer the smaller version.

If i fill up the background i think it would be to crowded.
if i do make a patern in the middle of sai and his name do you think i should make it stand out or something faded in the back ?

Its really really plain, totally un-appealing :( fill it up with a repeating color or a soft bg texture.

Yeah fill it with a red or something kinda like inu-yasha clothes red that would be nice but keep the letters and japaneese/chineese white

I made some backgorunds in the pic.
i got diffrend versions of the background to experiment, imageshack resizes them a bit, normaly they are all 1280x1024

The first one looks better, the colors match with the character, she doesnt look just placed over!

I also liked the white background thing better, its a bit plain i agree so i tried to fill it up a bit by adding a new pic in it and moving the names around.
what you guys think ?

I have no problem with a plain background, but I think the color white might be too bright to look at for any length of time, especially if it fills the entire screen.
If this is what's called "destiny", then I will betray it immediately.
I like the Version 2 better =p

Hmmmmmm i like the last white one you had something there just change it instead of having blue have like dark purple or something
The ones with Sai against a tree background aren't bad. You need to tweak the colours a bit so the reds and pinks match up, it'll look more cohesive with a smaller range of hues.
