Sigh ive been looking at this topic and couldnt figure out what you were talking about. kept trying to figure out why you were calling it the world cup and not the super bowl, sigh i feel so stupid now ^^ I still get football and American Football mixed up anyway now that i understand, im backing England
Brazil is pretty solid. I saw them play last summer and they have amazing strikers. Their defense wasn't being tested much, but their offensive capability is tough to beat. The Argentinians are top notch at taking free kicks near the goal box and they score in the picturesque style you see in the newspapers. Soccer is an unpredictable sport because underdogs can knock out strong teams in a short amount of time. There may be a less recognized team that may rise to the top and play against Brazil or one of the other strong teams. I never see much about the Asian soccer teams so who knows how they will perform.

As a good brazilian, of course for me Brazil will totally win the World Cup again ^^~
But.. here we are all afraid to Germany, the hostess.. Angentina, that is our eternal enemy in soccer or no matter what..
Just in this World Cup there are 5 brazilian's coachs.. So there is a possiblity to one of these teams pop..
Johnfeider, as you well said we have an amazing offensive job.. and about the defence... in my opinion we suck.. Lucio is considered the best in this area, but he already made so much stupid things.. if i'm not mistaken, last world cup he gave a perfect goal to the other team..
About the brazilian's group F... We are prtty happy that Netherlands is out of it ^^. But Japan may have some surprises against Brazil, as the coach Zico knows more than anyone else what are the brazil skills.. xD

The time has come finally!
i think brazil or argentina gonna be the winner this time.
they have a solid team,i don't think any other team can match them.
but i think German also have a chance to win,because they are the home side.and usually the home side have the advantage.even their team is not really good.(can you remember how Korea almost go to final?)

I just think Football Cup will once again be on EVERY TV channel at EVERY moment of the day, and that will be a pain in the a**!
And it's also a good way for the government to make everyone forget about what happens in the world... Suddenly, there is no wars any more, no natural problems, no society problems... Amazing! LOL
Well, i've nothing against football really, i even watch sometimes. It's just the way the medias and the goverment use it, i don't like this..
And for my point of view about who will win, i can just say one thing: it won't be France LOOL, we are dead since the players decide that appearing in adds on TV, or be a ( sometimes nude) model in calendars or whatever, was better than train themself for the next championship! LOL
That's REALLY a shame...
