Yeah~ I finished the hair of my vector~ What happened to Doraemon??
I forgot all about it, until my brother started humming the doraemon OST.
then i went berserk about doraemon and started downloading the song. i loved doraemon when i was younger, but no one seems to talk about it nowadays. do people know it? or is it completely gone...

Doraemon is old, and so far i know the mangaka has already died.
But i've red the most mangas of him (till book 46 i think) abnd watched some movies and i'm impressed, i know it's an anime for little kid's and the charakters don't have much emotions, but i like the way this mangaka thinks. because he often creates worlds and items i really want to be or have ;___;

Doraemon is one of all the good old animes... It's still aired on the local channel in my country. I've watched it since I remember it.
Yeah it's still aired in my country too. I used to be crazy about doraemon when I was still at an elementary school. Last time I saw it the picture is already bad, maybe they still aired an old video or somethin.
I wasn't really sure about whether the mangaka died or not.
If he/she really did die... then there's another mangaka that
took his/her pen name and start drawing doraemon again.
Though I must admit the drawing is really different and I do
prefer the old version better. Even now, I do still read doraemon
manga, I think it's the adventure ones.

The mangaka died a long time ago, maybe 5 or 6 years I think. I love Doraemon, even now. I don't think new ones are as good as the old. I prefer manga to anime, don't know why. However, the theme song of Doraemon is very cute. I like it a lot.
Wow.. it's not aired here T_T i havent seen it in ages and i wanna see it so bad XD

I really loved it even though being silly, its acutally quite funny. I like those magical worlds and inventions he has.

I watched some Doraemon the first time I went to Thailand. I found it somewhat wierd. I didn't know what to think. It seeems like a looong, lonhg series like Dragonball or One Piece. I'd like to know, how mANy Episodes did they make? And did it have an end? What is it about anyway? I never really understood 'cause i didn't have the time to watch it into detail...

Yup, Doraemon is a robot cat from the 21st century. He came to the earth to help and protect that poor Nobita who is always being bullied by others. If you read the comics, I bet you know what I meant.
The real mangaka of Doraemon had passed away but it was passed down to his son. The father was called Fujio Fujioko and the son is Fujio.F.Fujioko. There is somehow a little different in the name if you noticed it.
I still read Doraemon though i'm already 17. I read it to entertain myself and to feel up my boring hours.
But i'm not crazy about Doraemon. And ya, i agreed that the old version Doraemon comics are nicer than the new version. But still i enjoyed reading it especially the type with the long journey. Honestly, I had piles of Doraemon comics kept nicely in my shelves and i'm still collecting it now. Though it was lack of emotion or characters but is still okay to me. Like others, I really adore it when i was a kid but not so much now.

Doraemon is one of the most famous and the oldest anime. Even now in Japan, Doraemon is still popular. It is not died out yet. I went to Japan last december. I think it is one of the store in Harujuku has the whole floor of doraemon and hello kitty. It is still good and funny. It reminds me of a lot of childhood memories when I read the mangas.
I've seen it in Taiwan. By the looks of it, it looks old. When I was in the airport, there was a bookstore, they still sell Doraemon comics. I bought a few, and I was happy to see that they are colored. I think it's still pretty popular like Hello Kitty.
YES! i'm so glad doraemon is not extinct yet, and yea i also liked hello kitty even though i dont know anything about it. LOL i didnt even know doraemon was a robot cat, all i knew was his pocket is awesome. anyway, that's probably cuz i watched it when i was like 5 or something. now i'm 15...

Yup, its still airing in my country too ^_^ I used to like it when I was around 9 years old XD The imagination is totaly awesome! Especially those gadgets!
