It looks pretty good... but it has something missing... i just cant pick it tho... maybe a bit of text... i dont no... lol im not very helpful am i? lol

There's a few things that need work:
~ the ripple of the one feather touching the water looks amateur; I'd suggest looking for a tutorial that'll teach you how to make the water really ripple, like the one at Nat's site.
~ the blended images look randomly put there and brushed around. The background image itself should be enough, but it needs to be incorporated into the BG better
That's enough of a starting list for now XD

You need to work on a lot of things in this wall.
[1] The extraction at some parts of the characters are shaky, especially the hair, try working more on that.
[2] The quality of the scan doesn't seem too good yet, try cleaning it up more a little.
[3] What's up with the sea? It looks unrealistic if you place Syaoran and Sakura there, especially when there's no ripples. And from the look of the wall, the sea doesn't seem too suitable for the scan. The sea is a deep part so the water level should be higher up to their bodies. UNLESS you create a shore or something.
[4] The sky is done well, except its too simple. I suggest you move away both images in the sky and add a lil something like birds, a rainbow or anything that you usually see in the sky ^_^'
[5] Feathers are okay but don't overkill them in your wall ^^

Without looking at your previous attmpt:
1. Youre missing a signature.
2. Wallpapers should not be about how many scans you can fit in one wall.
3. Dont use little things like feathers to fill up empty space. It's ugly. Dont use MORE SCANS to fill up empty space...
4. That beach is obviously a stock photo. It's too realistic because all you did was apste non extracted scans over it.
5. You need to extract your scans. Dont just erase around them or blend.
6. You need to blend your scans better. Your attempt to look as if theyve stepped into the water has failed.
7. Is that a fallen planet behind them? Tokyo Jupiter? (Refer to Rahxephon)
8. You need to work on your composition. Roam around AP for inspiration and ideas on what the requirements are to get your walls into this site. They will fine you -100 papers if your walls are rejected.

Phoenix Is BACK!
The ocean is the most that bothers me. There are no ripples and their bodies are in deeper than the shore line. Try raising the picture or lowering the water, and adding ripples would make it more realistic. The rainbow is a good effect, but the text and image beside it distract it. Or you could just remove the text and place it somewhere more suitable. Hope this helps a bit.
