Which anime character epitomizes "Evil" to you?
This is straightforward enough, which anime character do you feel is the most "evil" anime character that you've ever seen so far? Now the whole point of this thread is to see everbody's definition of the word "evil" and how it's protrayed in anime.
So what I'm looking for is to state the character's name, the anime that their from and what did they do or what about them that made you believe that this person is the most "evil" anime character you've ever seen.
Examples (I really don't mean anything by them):

The scene that got me to believe that Fuuma is the most "evil" anime character I've ever seen is when:
Haruhi Suzumiya
The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya
The way that Haruhi emotionally torments Mikuru with her costume changes and her planned sexual harassment (i.e. when Haruhi was trying to get a computer for her club) makes her the most evil anime character in my books :P.

Hhhhmmm this is tough. The only person I can think of is Hao from Shaman King. He's the closest to evil for me lolz... Everyone else I don't know, just kind of in between in my opinion.
Uhhhhhh......i wood hav to say Akito from Fruits Basket. HES SO MEEN! ToT hes the head of a cursed family and he just completley rules over their lives. pretty much makes every 1s lives a living hell. also, Akito has a reeeeely bad temper....which duznt help at all. it is an A W E S O M E series and i recommend it to......well, idk......any1 and every1^^

I think shishio from Rurouni kenshin is evil. He just wants to take over japan to get revenge. He doesn't care who he kills. It's his "survival to the fittest" motto i think.
In my opinion the Godhand from Berserk are really evil.

Yeah, the bad guys in Berserk are all pretty evil. Shishio in Kenshin is pretty bad too, though in a way it's kind of understandable. His burns made him crazy and just added to his evil.

Ummm, I would have to say Naraku from Inuyasha.
He pretty much ruined everyones life in the series in some sort of twisted way. >:(

I think that a big evil one is the girl who tell others to hit Sakuyama from air master in college because she's beautiful ...
But there are a lot of other evil; in each anime there are good and bad ones ...

It's hard to define true evil. Yo could label many characters evil due to being insane or simply because they are the bad guys and have done bad things, yet then there are things that give them... "exceptions" as well.
A few I wanted to mention were already said, the guys in Berserk, Shishio. But I guess there are others I like to consider "characters you love to hate", like Orochimaru, he just has the evil thing about him, no matter what.

Nahhh, they're not evil not one of them, but I have a few who can be considered to be as "evil characters"
- Aion from Chrno Crusade, and I think this is the best choice since he's the devil who stole the head of Pandemonium by killing the other demons.
- Alucard, obviously from Hellsing
- I'm thinking that Ergo Proxy is a good candidate since he's the emissary of death

I agree with lancer-evo shishio was truely an evil of a all evils. I would also have to say the d-reeper from digimon.
