3) No, we already have groups. Adding a guild would be redundant.

6) Artist Alley. But if you want to make a wallpaper out of an original CG art done by you, there is the Original Anime Art category.
AP focuses on only anime wallpapers and scans/vectors. We are not interested in expanding our gallery to other niches like fan art. Original Anime Art wallpaper category is as far as we'll go. We have the Artist Alley in the forum, and I suggest you make use of it.
BlueShadowX7002. Those wallies who are displayed at the main page of AP, make it more random. Coz every now and then, same wallies are been displayed.
They are random. It's coded to be random, as in selecting a random wall from the pool of showcased walls.

I though about something funny although depending on how things are organized, it may be hard to code 
but if it won't be hard, it could be funny to give admins of groups option to give a custom title to members (like currently, they are administrator, moderator and member)
so group members with custom titles still would have same priviliges but the way that it's writen on list would be different... just a cosmetic detail but would be fun XD

Here are mine:
1. More than a new CSS, I'd like to see a clean, ready-to-edit version of the current CSS, for us to play around with.
2. Instead of searching for other AP members, just add a Member list.
3. Fix those pagination issues, and dates.
Asides from these, there's nothing more I'd like to see.

1. Enable commenting on scans
2. Put an option to receive notification on new comments on your wallpapers.
3. Make a section in our profiles that'll keep track of all the scans we download and let us re-download them for free(for example, if I accidentally delete or somehow lose one of the scans I downloaded, I just go to my profile and re-download it without having to pay for it again).
4. Make adding tags mandatory on submission of files.
5. Make the random wallpaper thingy link to the actual wallpaper that it's showing at the moment, instead of linking to a random wallpaper.
That would be all for now, stay cool :)

I think the 'anime' part can use some expanding. Would be nice to be able to submit reviews (+ paper reward?) and a wikipedia-like editing system, so we can add anime and their info ourselves.
For the rest, I think AP is fine as it is now (apart from the bugs).
In reply to the memberlist suggestion: you don't want that. If you look at the introducion topic there is someone registering like every 15 minutes. So that's gonna be a long list, where you still won't find anyone.

No, this is prone to abuse. If you can re-download a scan for free, people might as well re-download for free to give to their friends. I think this is rather pointless. If you "accidentally" delete one of your scans, that is your loss due to your own carelessness and you have to spend the papers again if you want to download again.

But if they already have the picture, they can give it to their friends, there's no need to re-download and give that copy to their friends :/ So it's not abusable in any way.

Yes, but the point I was arriving at is bandwidth abuse. If people already have the scan and give it for free to friends, they're not using our bandwidth. But think of the amount of bandwidth that will be used if everyone can re-download any scan for free. The paper system was put in place to control bandwidth and stop people from abusing the bandwidth.

Also, in regard to re-downloading scans, what about for the people who have their computer crash, or something like that? That has nothing to do with 'their own carelessness'.
Personally, I'd like a more-powerful wallpaper search function, to search by artist, anime title, paper title, etc. Also, sort by color theme, much like what's on http://customize.org/.
Sorry if those ideas are already implemented; I haven't seen any real search system on here except for the anime search.

To the people who complain about re-downloading scans, isn't it obvious?
get more papers to dl the scan again? don't be lazy and contribute to the community? christ it's not like papers are real money. i have to redownload scans sometimes 5 times for each one cause i'm a ditz XD
why do you even need to mass whore scans anyways? if it's for ummm inappropriate usage, dude, save it to a disk or something and don't waste the memory section of your comp. that way when you computer crashes, it's safe.

Ummm, Im kinda new here, but something that might make the life of everyone easier is a search-box on the main page. Also to add at least an description of the anime when you look it in the anime page. Links to main pages of the anime would also be nice. Oh, and make more easy to change your profile page, maybe I haven´t read the faq well enough, but many new users would like to personalize thier pages immediately.
That's all I can think of right now, but one last petition: maintain the colors of the
page just as they are now, I think they look professionl and cool =)

xbox: well, this kind of style is consistent in the main forums, I think. Since your new, why don't you try to look for the other CSS, they are cool too... ^_^
for the re-downloading of scans... hmmm... sorry empuu, but they are right, it has a possibility to be abused. Just be careful in handling your scans, so you won't erase them accidentally and have to spend papers again for it. ^^

How about you download a scan and whenever you want to re-download, you get 50% off? So if a scan is 30 papers, re-downloading will cost you 15.
