Did you check to make sure the wallpaper meets the requirements BEFORE uploading it? The requirements are found in the AP Guide, under the Wallpapers section. If your wallpaper does not meet the requirements, it will be rejected and you will lose 100papers for each one you tried to submit.
If you have already read the AP Guide, but you are still not sure if your wallpaper meets the requirements, then you can ask around on the Session Zero board. The people there will not only tell you if it meets the requirements, they will also gladly provide you with suggestions and advice on how to improve it! ^_^
