After months of work, chanelqueen17 has created a gorgeous scene of Alice and Oz from Pandora Hearts, using scans that didn't even feature both characters together. Even after spending so much time on matching the details of the characters to their new looks, chanelqueen17 didn't stop there and went all out on the background too! This wallpaper definitely needs to be seen!

Baka-updates has the one from Gerusama only up to 246. So they are the best bet if you haven't caught up that far yet. If you are looking for the latest ones:

They have the latest ones available for download. Mind you, these are speed subs. Quality isn't that great, so if you don't like it, you will have to wait for another fansubber to release their episodes.

I used to download at Kaizoku-Fansubs until a while ago the site stopped workin, or I mispelled the site name... I'll try again sometime..

It was probably down when you checked. It is up now, though. As I said earlier, that is a nice place if you want to catch up on One Piece. For the rest of the downloads after 165, you might have to do some searching of your own. If you want the latest, ADC-Heaven along with Anime-Elites is speed-subbing the latest episodes. Currently, they have the latest 2 episodes from 249-250 available for download. The others should be coming soon. :)
