If you want to talk about most beautifula anime character, i would choose Air TV serie. This serie have alot of cute characters. But the most beautiful anime character i like is Shinku in RoZen Maiden. She's so cute and cool too.
I really like either Rosette from Chrono Crusade. I think she is a pretty beautiful female anime character.

Yes, Shinku was pretty, as well as Suigintou. . . I think that bara-suishou was cool the way she talked and stuff, but the looks didn't impress me.
Shinku wasn't the Alice? Alice was supposed to be someone perfect, so probably had to be better than Shinku or Suigintou. . . In case i didn't miss the point in the series (it did leave me questioning, but I have another topic for that)

I agree with Kaisen. Out of all the anime I've seen (not meant to sound like I've watched a ton :P), she's the most beautiful. Now, take note that beautiful is a lot different than cute. If the topic title was "Cutest anime character (female)," then I would have a harder time choosing somebody.
