To me, childhood is a period in one’s life seemingly coloured by innocence and naiveté. Perhaps it's the golden moment in my life; a time when I felt true happiness because I was unaware of the harsh reality of life. Anywyas, what's your opinion about childhood and how what does it mean to you?

I'm sorry but never in my life have i experienced what you call childhood, Well you see i have a boring and dark past. the neighborhood kids always bullies me around because of our level in society, in elementary kids always make fun of me, calling me names like ASO (dog) askal (mongrel) because of my name, in high school my classmates always envy me because of my grades, and of course my mother is a teacher of that school. Right now i'm already college and it seem life is a lot better, maybe this age i might experience what you call childhood. ^_^
I think my chilhood is a period when I felt really happy with my life. I don't really remember, but somehow I know that I had a lot good moments in my past. I laughed, shared things with my family, there are a lot of funny moments... It really something that I want to remember so much.
Sometimes It's really hard to be a teenager, I have to grown up, think about school, work, money, etc.
But, yeah, that is something that we have to deal with. We can't run away from the reality.

It depends on the person, really. I spent mine trying to fit in, and the cost of that was constantly getting in trouble with the other teenagers on this street. When I was with my cousins, I was always the odd man out, just because I was the youngest at the time. I eventually stopped trying.

I think that childhood would be the time when I do not understand how tough life may get and how many obstacles I have in the future, etc etc. Probably, the time when I felt absolute no worries and probably was the happiest time I had in this life.

I can still tell the feeling distinctly, thou it's really long time ago. And i thought it would be filled with toys, playing with little friends all the time, awaiting the anime airing in the evening, and buy a toy spaceship and take it every day like i was a member in there and would just drive to the university...

Childhood? I guess you can say that it's fun to me like any other kid outside there. Had my share of fun, interacted with cousins was especially nice (: That's about it. ^_____^

Well..... to most people's standards, my childhood can't be called happy. my parents and my grans argued a lot and that caused my noise's phobia now. mother cared 'bout us but she often released her stress on us (especially me) and especially my grandmother.... ugh she sucks, really -_-.
but nevertheless the me at that time was... eh... i think she (yes, she. coz i rarely feel her inside me now... not with people around. only when i'm alone or really happy) was something like a little angel... coz she was FORGETFUL. yes, AWFULLY FORGETFUL. those arguments were enought to make a child with weak nerve as mine hers break down, but coz i was forgetful, i forgot everything after that and i was still all cheerful and all ^^.

Childhood is the time where you shouldnt have to worry about adult things like paying bills, investments, working... should be when you can run and scream and use your imagination. have to have some fun before you are dumped into the real world.
