Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

Location Cards? Ok, we don't need to stick with MtG anyways. I just used it as base.

^Dias 3 hours 8 minutes ago
Using the term blue/red/etc magic is a bit awkward. I'd be incline to use Science/Nature/Magic/etc factions instead. Works better with Location cards. The term mana can be replaced by faction points.

°akiranyo 3 hours 12 minutes ago
Majority should decide. They are just lazy. I thinked about mana cards.

Do you tell other people, that you like Animes ?

Depends on who I'm talking too. If they are someone who I know and actually spend time with yea I tend to tell them if it's someone who I only see on occasion, I don't tell them straight up generally but I don't try to hide it either

Yeah, I'm the same. Most of the people I talk to haven't actually watched anime, or have just seen DBZ, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, etc. and think they're all the same. It's incredibly difficult to convince people otherwise when they're really that stubborn about something they haven't paid attention to, so whatever.

I try to bring up common interests when talking to people and anime usually isn't one of them. If someone asks or brings it up, I certainly don't deny it though. There's just no point in bringing stuff up that people don't understand.

I hate most people who like anime. I can only listen to how awesome shoujo anime #34132413242 is so many times. Hence, I do not talk about anime in public. I'm a relatively normal person, so I'm not too particularly keen on drawing the attention of the anime geeks hording to themselves in the back of the classrooms. Seriously, how lame can you be to wear a melancholy of harhi suzumiya (or whatever) t-shirt to class?

However, I do have a FLCL wallscroll on my wall. It comes down when girls come over.

Yes, I tell to other people that I like anime especially to my friends and my family and they accept that because they adopt anime too.

You knwo for them there's nothing wrong if you like anime, and yes it's for eveybody even if your old or young, who cares and being a anime lover doesn't mean that your a childish. People who thinks like that doesn't see the happiness of anime lover on anime.

Anime is unique and only one in the world.

I don't tell people that I like anime, cause most of the time, when the word "anime" came out of my mouth they said it's childish or something like that and I hate to hear it (XD) emoticon. But when the subject is being talked about by some one else for quite a while then I would start to talk...

Anime watching is more widely accepted now i feel, but i don't go out of my way to tell people that i watch it. If someone catches me at a time where I'm watching anime, or hear me listening to anime music and they ask, then ya, I'll tell them. Really no shame. I mean, anime has some story lines and plots much better than a lot of sitcoms nowadays.

What?! Your parents don't want you talking about animes to other people? I think your parents got the wrong idea of animes. What I think your parents are thinking that after you tell people about your interest about animes, they'll think you're an otaku or some sort. I rarely come across problems like this, and this isn't very pleasant. Of course talking about animes are fine, it's totally fine. It's like talking to people about a show on TV you found nice. It's about the same thing, it's just that the thing you have interest in is different, and the world do have a lot of different people. ^-^. I am not sure whether your parents are talking about animes = children. If that is so, then there wouldn't be any problem with you talking to other people about it. I am not sure about that. ^-^;. But talking about animes have no wrong in whatever aspects, neh. Don't worry.

The idea that your parents don't let you talk about Anime is really weird, I could never think of a sane reason why people cannot talk about Anime. It's like talking about anything else, with different opinions expressed throughout the discussion, it's nothing secret really...

I talk about myself liking anime/manga very openly. A few of my friends are in the same circle as myself, so we have casual conversations about it, like spoilers, theories, and all that good stuff. It's from time to time. No big deal, really. :) My parents just brush it off; they find it strange and amusing, but they don't mind at all.

I'm still pretty sane though. ;P

Why not?

But sometimes, my dad likes to strike up an annoying question, "You're not a kid anymore. Why do you still watch those cartoons?" or "I don't think any girls would watch cartoons like you". He should know that most girls I know really, I do mean, REALLy like animes and Mangas especially Naruto.

Cartoons are quite lame these days, especially those of Cartoon Networks. But I still watch Nickelodeon's Avatar. It's kinda like a mix of cartoon and anime. And as a side note, animes and mangas ARE different. Most animes are T-rating while cartoons are solely for kids under 10 or 11. So why should people see my Anime hobby as something childish?
