What if clothes were not invented?
What would it be like if eveyone walked around without clothes. I mean we were born without clothes. Do you see bunnies or apes wearing any clothes?

But really, If clothes wern't invented, I think I'd get really sick...Its really a good thing clothes were invented to keep certain things hidden.

It's modesty that counts higureandayane. Modesty is a very important aspect of Human beans because being modest is one of the great virtues in many places. Being modest is also a important quality for Asian because they are more conservative in their ideals and their values. Being naked is more or less offensive towards Asians and i don't think wearing your birthday suit and parading around is a good idea unless you are doing it infront of your married wife only.

It is wrong to assume it would be wrong, as by a theorist's words:

The same applies, if humans didn't exist, would the universe and all its anomalies, say the sun blowing up and then destroying the solar system as we know to exist mattered? It would not, because we do not exist and hence the rotary functions and all its existence in the said physical and mental world would not matter as we are not there to care about it.
The same with human clothing, if it didn't exist, then we walk naked until today or find some other means, such as evolution to include more hair, we would develop stronger hides, such as carapaces and heavier natural defense systems, or some other means to protect delicate parts, since that is primarly what clothing is for.

If we hadn't invented clothes (thus none of us would have grown up with clothes) I don't think anyone here would have any problem with naked people. It would just be normal for us to see that stuff.
Though if we didn't have clothes, we would definitely be restricted to a smaller geographical range due to cold.

If its normal for us not to wear any clothes then i guess it would be fine. Might save a lot of girls from being raped, if you can imagine what I mean. LOL. Guys would have an "indicator".
But if its not then it would be shameful and awkward especially for the not so sexy people, like me. Ha ha!

That's like saying, if cars didn't exist we would one day "evolve" wheels to travel big distances? That's not how evolution works, it's not something that you find.
Humans are different from animals in that we are able to manipulate the environment around us. Rather than many freezing to death until we eventually grow more hair etc (actually if we were descended from apes, that'll imply we shed hair rather than start off not having them) we ultilising the environment around us. We used tools to help us gather food and we made clothing to help fend off nature.
So if early humans were stupid enough to wait around to freeze to death because they opted to not make clothing, then we simply wouldn't exist.
Thats quite an unusual thead O_o

Actually if clothes never were invented i dont think anything would be diffrent. In the social aspect that is. noone would have ever thought twice about seeing a naked person if that was all they ever saw in their real life. I mean then it would be normal, so who really cares. Of course is would be disturbing to see a 200kg women or man walking around naked but if we were used to it then it would be no diffrent from seeing a 200kg women or man walking around today.
However if people didnt have clothes then allot of places we live in today and allot of jobs we have today wouldnt exsist. Can you imagine living in norway with no clothes? i certainly wouldnt want to.

I we didn't wear clothes then I suppose some of us would have grown a thick layer of fur to keep out the cold, the colder the place the thicker the fur.
Socially being nude wouldn't matter to anyone as we all would be. And might I add when it comes to the 'naughty bits' on boy animals they are usually stored in side their bodies, so human males probably would have evolved that way too.

If clothes weren't invented, I would invent them and make money out of it nyahahah~! D:
Anyway, it would be weird though, I think even the primitive people made clothes out of animal skin D: (I wonder if that is true though, otherwise the hair would keep you warm)
And so I think if clothes weren't invented, the humans would either extinct or we would've evolved in something that has a lot of hair... or... even... fur... or... feathers? lol (We could've been (naked) angels~! Which baka invented clothes? d:

We would have to find some way to keep warm from the cold if we didn't have clothes. Plus, seeing others naked could turn others on or off depending on how you look at it.
