Mmmm...it does look pretty good. I think some text and a few effects in the empty right hand area of your wall will complete it. Also, be sure to correct the sharpness of the black outline on the card, because it looks a pit too sharp and pixel lated. A simple blur (not too strong though) will correct that ^^
Ok, Ill fixed the strokes on the card. Now I just need to find something to write...because that side is extremly empty o.o''

Try and show us how it's like... It's always easier to comment on stuff we see...
The character is a bit too bright on her hat... You need to find a way to turn down the light on her hat cause we can't see the outlines of the tip...
You also seems to have jaggy lines on the edges of the character... smooth the edges a bit...

Ok, I added some text and some little extras to my wallpaper. Im not sure if I should do anything else to it though o.o
Very cute wallpaper but a few things I see:
1) The checkered pattern makes the background a little too busy to me
2) Still needs a signature
3) The color of the background doesn't really go with the hues of the character. That blue is very pure, but the colors of the character are more mixed...there aren't many places on her outfit where the blue isn't a little bit tinted or a dirtier hue.

The bg is too recharged. try to make something with the base that you show on the first attemp.
the lines of the character, on the card need a little blur..
