As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Do have a look at this beautiful wallpaper!

I'm in the process of making/vectoring this scan, but I got this from an image board, and right now I have no clue which artist/anime it's from :( If this looks like any anime character you've seen in a anime, or if you recongnize this scan, help me out ^^ Here's the link to the scan again;

Doesn't look like Shinigami No Ballad, Momo doesn't have weird tattoos or red eyes.
