I like your background, (i dislike this part) but right around the girls the outline seems out of place. I'm no professional but to me that seems to be the only flaw. Nice job, Hope to see more. Peace and love
I think the wallpaper is great, I just don't see how green fits in, but i guess it's ok.. overall i like it, the characters are good quality and good extracted.
I agree with mangaka. The wallpapers all right, but the green seems rather out of place. If you really want to use it, I would suggest not concentrating it in half of the picture, where there's no other green. It could be used to accentuate. I really like the circle things.

It's a very good wallpaper, I think you can submit it.

This wall is pretty high quality for me but the characters seems a bit too saturated for the pale background... In my mind you should add some more living colors in the background... I mean make your background more vivid...
And I don't really like the white separation between the two curves in the background... You could remove it...
I have no problem with the green cause it's fitting with the character suit... So I guess it's fine for me.

Yeah to add to what zazou said: the contrast is so great with the characters that their lighter parts look overexposed. as well, it seems that lunamaria is missing a chunk from her thigh/knee? o__O because there's this dent on her leg and it doesn't look quite right. is it just me?
anyway. if you want to submit this wall, it'll most likely get accepted. it's good enough to get past the system, i think. of course, there are things you can do to take this from acceptable to excellent. but that'd be up to you. for example, you can add variation to the pink and green backdrop fills...by let's say adding a thick stripe of a darker tone going through underneath the thin squiggly lines and circles you already have.
the one little thing that bugs me a bit is that the perspective of the two sisters is that they are viewed from above almost, but the text for hawke is viewed straight on. for me it looks a bit odd, but i think that that's just me and my weirdness. ^^;
looks nice. =]

Well, the characters are oversaturated while the background is not. There's nothing wrong with oversaturated colors... Most of the wallpapers on this site are oversaturated because everyone follows "SHINTA'S CLEANING TUTORIAL" too closely and winds up with oversaturated colors... but I digress.
Here's what you do. In your image editor, create a new layer that is underneath the scan but over the background. On that new layer, create a yellow gradient (or any color for that matter), then set it for "forground to transparent". Then go from top to bottom to apply the gradient. Then set the layer to "overlay".
Then use filter>distort>wave, the use filter>distort>polar coordinates. This will give you an adjustment layer that you can use to oversaturate the background without swamping out the details in the process (and also prevent adding jaggies to the lines). Just adjust the opactity of the gradient layer to your liking.
Have fun.
