Animepaper and why its good.
I dunno, i think animepaper is better than other certain sites. I can even notice small things, like the quality of the wallpapers that are submitted, cuz i have seen wallpapers that just plain suck. The authors just slap on a laser beam like background with pic of a anime girl...
They pretty much do it for the points.. it gets boring and repetitive. All the wallpapers I've seen here look different and they all give me a better feeling, cuz it looks like people actually put effort into it.
Another really big problem i have is that they "Quarantine" the stuff that you submit. I'm pretty much trying to give them content and i've also looked throughout the site to see if they had it beforehand. They don't even give you a reason to why its been put into "Quarantine".
Well, I'm whining here.. and i may sound dumb, but thats just how i feel and i don't see any other place where i can put this at. Probably, you all know which site i'm talking about too. Cuz theres only one other really BIG wallpaper site out there and they use a point system thats kinda similar to this site.

The only reason why I only download the wallpapers here because I really believe they are of the finest quality over here. And the minimum resolution is.. 800? or was it 1024? Anyway, I hate 640 size wallpapers... Just ain't good enough.
I prolly do not really care, but in terms of quality, indeed, there has been little sites that comes near to the management and actual goodness that is animepaper. I mean, it is relaxed and quality controlled here.

This place is so much better. All the best wallers are here now.
I have only been here for a short while, and I can say that the forum here is certainly much better. As for walls - eh. So far I've seen many wallpapers that are the same as at the other site. I have also seen other negative things too. But the other place has gone so far downhill that this place seems like paradise.

At first to me it seemed like a simple site, average, same as the rest, but now ive seen the selection and the paper system, wow, just wow, its a great site
Not only does AP got a lot of real cool and exclusive wallpapers, it's my main source for scans. This database is huge, thanks to the big community. The other thing I like, is the solid webdesign. As I'm a rookie webdesigner myself, I'm really impressed by the simplicity of the design and the complexness of the coding for the paper system.
Well i personally like this site a lot and i think that its the best ^^ and i also like the people they allways help if they can and i think that this is what makes the site even better, here i feel that im a part of a family...it may seem silly but this is what i feel :)

Although i havent been too active in the forums, the site in general is amazing. it has an excellent layout and the wallpapers here are A+ quality. the site is regularly updated and seems to have a friendly community. the only thing i find slightly annoying is the ip registering system, but the good thing, is if you ban someone he/she stays band; at least from that ip.
This place owns because it's so strict ._.
And because people actually have to work for downloading scans, and then more work and critique sessions before a wall can be accepted.

and we sense that people here, when are doing a WP, are doing because they like to do it, so they pute love in their works, and we know that everything made with love is better...

Broad topics in the forums and a lot of excellent quality scans is why I keep coming back. I just wish I had a scanner so I could post things up I think are worth having up here that people would like.

I do nothing but look at scans and walls(and leave a comment). And some say you can do that anywhere but I just feel so welcome here. The walls are great, I love the forums...I like everything about this site...AP ROCKS!^____^
