This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Err, I'll make things simple to the extreme:

1) read the AP FAQ section for wallpapers.

2) do NOT use paint because it is a low level program (i think you are referring to ms paint?). visit GROUPS >> resource pool >> applications for a list of good software for walling. resource pool also has lists of brush and stock sites recommended for walling purposes.

3) when searching for tutorials, read tutorials RELEVANT to your program ONLY.

gather resources and come back to SZ with an idea of what you want to make or perhaps (even better) some rough work. then we can help you along the way from there. it is best however when you understand the basics (ie the resolutions you are allowed to make, what is vectoring etc)
