I think its okay, still the same like NH3 except that there are new char. but i would seriously wan the new sasuke in the game, his cool!! hope he get mankyaku sharingan
Hmmm... Well, why do you say that? I like this game more than NH3 simply because of the character roster. If you mean it's because it feels slower or whatever then ya, I noticed that too but it's still pretty much the same game but with more characters making it better. I just can't wait for Accel 2 with TS Sasuke! =D
Narutimate accel is far better than the previous one, not only because of the new characters but, the ougi system is better and allows you to perform different ougis in the same match.
the hero mode is better... simply, I enjoy this game more than I enjoyed the previous one.

Yaaaa, that's true as well, you aren't only limited to only one ougi per match. Haha the hero mode is so much fun!
The graphics got better too in this version. special moves are so good too like Itachi's gokakyu no jutsu and Sarutobi's Karyuudan.
Jiraya's rasengan is no longer that powerful (20% damage taken for each! it was a paine!). oh! and I love shikamaru's traps :)

I like all of the NH games, but I did enjoy Accel more. Things were tweaked to make them work better, and I really liked the adventure mode (I forgot if that was RPG or Hero); I had a lot of fun playing that though.
TS Neji is cool here and you can see the improvement. the only downfall is too few TS characters are available. not even a TS Sasuke which i'm hoping for very much. anyway, TS Itachi did make it feel alright plus the Ougi system has been rectified which i like better than the past NNH series.
i'm expecting that the sequel would include more characters and to return the story mode versus system and not that rpg/adventure one.

Itachi's not that good compared to NH3's!! his illusion ability sucks now!! and i like using this char TT_TT
Really? you are talking about the Mange-Amaterasu jutsu or the other simple Genjustu. they don't look strong but i like it better than compared with his previous. but the additional Ougi which gives impression to Uchiha Clan's signature move is really good.
the thing i hate is they didn't give Yondaime a new Ougi. i'm hoping i could see more of his stuff in his ougi rather than the old one he's have in NH3

Well i have all three but i like accel because it is easier and its more fluid and it as more characters than all of them plus you get the characters when they where younger including sasuke *he is awesome*.
I like Accel much & I also like other 3~! 
Deidara in Accel is Incredible~! He only pressing O O then enemy can't reach him~!!

Neji TS Kaitenn is good also~! But Ten Ten become very terrible~!
Gaara TS (kazekage) is Immortal~!!
His Ougis is really Cool~! He is better than past gaara~!

Kinda right there, overall i like the game pretty much. juz that its still missing sasuke... but who cares, theres ton of chars left!!
Well, I really like this game. It have more character, more and better jutsus and good soundtrack.
Also, I like the option that you can use the character of Naruto Shippudden and Naruto kids, I really like the thing, because the number of character grow a lot. I really like to Fight using Sakura and Temari, this are my favorite characters in the game.

I prefer Narutimetto Hero 3. Itachi sucks crap in the accel. I'm just soo used to his fighting style in 3. Seriously, when i fight my brother who i is just as good as me when he uses kimimaro on accel, i die in like 10 counts while i would kill him in about 3-6 mins in the 3rd one. Also, the byakugan and ssmehada mode is super weak. It takes like 20 hits to drain a bar of chakra.
