As noone has critiqued your work as yet I shall do so.
The effects you have used on the characters is too agressive and detracts from the wallpaper. Try not to use so many filters as the characters are no longer particularly clear.
The font colour and style could use refining. At the moment this text is lacking in quality and is detracting from your work.
The effect used in the background is fine.
The wallpaper is lacking a signature which is required for submission.
I hope this isn't too harsh but this needs some work to get it up to the level where it will be accepted into the gallery.

I think the text reminds me a bit of MS word - don't do MS WORD TEXT ON YOUR WALLL! Its getting there, just change the font. You are getting there.

Again you're relying too much on filters and the text needs work. The colours, font and styles used really do remind me of Word.
OK first your wallpaper i think is too dark, negatif effect not suit for this. the scan seems not clear enough and little fuzzy

Dude...these walls...well, ok, i'll be straight with you...it'll be hard but please bear just awhile...the two walls you made isn't improving and please put some creativity in it...especially in the fonts...it's just too ordinary...Here's some ideas, try taking some walls as reference(which i always do, but still i have no idea on making a decent wall), next, don't rely too much on filters...it's just tools to make your wall look fancy that's all...you still have to go through the real work...and that needs skills and experience!

I'll come out straightforward and say it all, so excuse the way i word things okay? ^^; as +hatesyou said, stop relying too heavily on filters. they are good for minor effects and stuff but not to make the entire wall with. the scans are slightly fuzzy imo and making them sharper would work in a reinvented version of what you have. and really, I'm sorry to say this but the text color and font are both very obtrusive and unfitting. go to dafont.com to find yourself nice fonts and don't use the ms word-like effects here because it just does not work. and the color choices are bad because the wall is monochromatic then on top of that you have these saturated text.

The overuse of the filters makes it look...harsh. Also, the colors are almost all gone, turning the wallpaper into a negative, which doesn't fit the theme. The images also need a bit of cleaning up, they look fuzzy.
The font is too plain, as was said before, use one from dafont.com. And the line splitting the wallpaper into two halves is abrupt.
