Itachi wallpaper suggestions plz

Hey I made this wallpaper about 5 years ago and everytime i reupload it I refine it more and more. This is the latest edition. I was just looking for some criticism so it would be able to pass the requirements for submission.

Nice wall, but i hate that kind of circle in his back. It's blurred. Well if you mean to make it blur, just don't make it too blurred or it'll look bad.
And if you real;y rejected for this, that's probably because there's NO SIG on your wall.
This wall is quite good. But it seems a lil' plain..

Could you be a bit more specific about the lines? I understand Itachi is a bit blurry. I tried to clean up some jagged edges as a result of enlarging it from its original 800x600 size.

Thanks for the reminder and the criticism. The "circle" was intentionally made blurry in reference to the instantaneous movement of Itachi (the subject of the wallpaper). I could always try to redo the "circle" to give it a flat color. Do you have any other suggestions for making it less plain?

Well Itachi looks blurry on some places like his cape... This white outline makes him look a bit blurry also.. Try to turn down a bit this effect.
About those laser red lines, they look pretty jaggy... and you character is not in the center of the lines it looks a bit strange...
If you resize your wall from 800x600 it probably explains the blurry problems and the jaggy lines but it's not excusing them :-s You gonna need to correct you wall... If I were you I'll make a new wall with the scan, redo the sharingan a bit more clear and add some movement lines around to make it look like it's turning (then you don't need to make it blurry) and at last redo the same background but whit the nice quality of the not resized background! ;)

Thanks for the input. I think youre right. Trying to magnify the wallpaper would probably make it hopeless to refine again. I guess I have a new/old project to work on. If school didnt take so much time =P.
