Do you think it is bad if we like watching anime more than watching films which played by real people?
Well... If that's me myself, I like watching anime more than watching real films. I think, anime teach me anything good about live such as real friendship. I also like watching anime because I like the anime's characters. They are so cute, pretty and handsome. Watching anime has a special meaning for me. Maybe I was too hyper to tell about anime. But that's my privat comment.

No, I think the anime is useful for our education, such as some anime that tell us about something that good..
Some anime tell us that we must be kind to everyone we meet! Yea, that's right! If you want to watch anime, just don't watch the Hentai, if you are under 15 years old!! Hahaha.. Also, I think Anime is good for teenager, than for children! In Indonesian (I'm Indonesian), the teenager at my school always talk about anime!! Specially for the Action and Funny.. But I like to watch the film that played by real human too. But, for me, Anime is no.1!!

I don't think watching anime a lot is bad. Even if I don't watch anime, I wouldn't watch those drama on TV either. I do love those comedy stuffs they show on tv like friends, everybody love raymond, i love lucy, etc... but the same time, i want something more fantasy...
How many movies that play by real people have robot like Gundam...if those movies on tv make like anime, i will watch stuffs play by people.

Actually i love watching anime... anime includes lots of comedy without appearing too dumb.. if it's on movie.. it became a little lame... and anime seems more believable when it comes to having magical powers.. rather than a movie with real people...
also.. anime characters looked pretty! so i prefer anime anytime.. and i don't think there's anything bad in that.. it's more like personal preference..

Anime is fine.
In fact, I also watch more anime that ost anything alse: there's simply nothing worth watching on the few over-the-air channels I get, so I watch anime.
As for liking anime more than movies and tv shows, I think that's fine too, because anime and us born shows and movies tell their respective stories quite differently and it's quite allright to like the anime style narrative over the same old western narrative. Not to mention that anime tends to be a lot more refreshing, I mean I can watch a show and have a smile on my face for 24 minutes. with a western show they dont have the same way of doing it and you're confined to a few moments of laughter. I think it's pretty much the same in any story genre. And also, western shows I find have trouble doing more than one thing at a time, they're all either comedies or dramas. Animes oftenswitch, providing for a much more active emotional ride.
but I'm typing too much now.
In a nutshell, watch anime all you want boy, it's good for y'a! :D

I find anime with good voice acting to be far more convincing than the "real thing"

I think everyone thinks that anime is directed to children, and thats why people think they shouldn't be into anime so much, and should be watching real movies with real actors. But, of course, this isn't true, because anime is not only directed to younger people, but also adults, (i.e. paranoia agent, evangelion, etc)

Death is inevitable. Our fear of it makes us play safe, blocks out emotion. It's a losing game. Without passion you are already dead.
As if most movies created with real people were quality ones. I have a real hard time truly enjoying such movies simply because they don't try to make something different, and when they do it's usually something so psychological it bores me or something so clumsy I just hope someone makes it better one way or another.
Not saying I don't like movies involving real people. Especially when it comes to comedy (Dans une galaxie près de chez vous), it's better when it's real: it's more ridiculous when they want to make fun of something, therefore more funny.
I do like watching the previews on the big screen, it gives me ideas (what to do and what not to do, what bores me and what excites me.)

I myself watch anime more than real movies.
Anime is an entertainment and so is real movies an entertainment too.
They entertain us in our life. They are just the same. So, there is no differences.
Is just that we enjoy them more than real life movies.
We do things that is meaningful to us in our life.
So, just enjoy without feeling bad.
We just have one life only.
So, be free to feel gradeful to enjoy them.
They were born just for us.
At least this is what i always think of. n_n

No, it isn't.
I myself seldom watch real movies anymore, simply because I'm so tired of what's being made right now.
Sometimes though some movies slips past that's worth watching, like Sin City.
But almost all of the time when I watch somethin, it's Anime.
