This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

But then that would be accepting a mistake, and men don't make mistakes, none that are acceptable.

He punctuated with a full stop. What if you just accepted you misread it?

$damoser 4 minutes ago
Then why would he put a period instead?

$motogp 4 minutes ago
What if he forgot to put a question mark :P

His comment was a statement. Not a question.

$damoser 7 minutes ago
Seemed more like a rhetorical question to me.

Well for me, anime... since I just have to lay back and watch (eh, relaxation reason maybe)... but manga has its good point, its sometimes have more emotion in it than the anime... so I watch anime and read manga too

Manga. I've always been a bookworm, so reading appeals to me more, and I think it leaves more to the imagination. Also, I think art quality tends to get a little sloppier with animation. Plus, the high voices really annoy me (yes, I know that's how many Japanese women speak but it is annoying if you have to listen to it for 13 episodes). Even serious anime makes me laugh now; it all seems kinda dorky to me. So I stick to manga.

Each one has it's pluses and minuses... anime is great because it's obviously animated, the characters have voices, and there's music to help the scenes. However, often it's an edited form of the manga, which is usually more graphic in nature and has more story. Manga though is sometimes hard to follow; ie Trigun Maximum. I have a hard time following the action sequences because they're so convoluted. This is where being animated helps out (well, not in Triguns example in specific though since the anime and manga are so different). For any anime title I watch, I always try to read the manga equivalent if there is one. I can't honestly chose one medium as being better than the other, I like them both.

Exactly as Sonryu said. No one is better, but, you could say it depends of the series. I like them both, and I'll always try to get all the versions of the series I get.

Well at first, i try to read get the manga and read it all before i go search for the anime to download, but recently i have become impatient downloading one chapter at a time from DirectManga and Stoptazmo that i just download the anime, but you should read the manga first before downloading the anime, cause most anime come from the manga, but then there are some that are just anime like AIR

Anime because watching ninjas fight in still, black-and-white is boring.

I like mangas more because the drawings have more details and moreexpression. And in the most cases the story is better than in Anime. And you can read them again and again ^.^

I like manga better, because the story is better & the art is usually better, and the manga has more detail than most animes. like in fruits basket the anime left out alot, in the full moon manga they tell about meroko. but anime is fun to watch, so you can watch opening & endings. xD

I love both. But right now I am more into manga since most of the time the stories go a lot more indepth than the anime and I love to read.

Both I guess...they both have the advantage and disadvantage.

Manga has more detials than anime. Sometimes animes cut a lot of detials and change the story and ending...However, watching anime is fun and it is fast since manga you have to wait for a long time. for me buying anime dvd it is cheaper than buy the whole manga collection. but i think i would like to watch anime before reading manga

Well, i really don't have a favourite, sometimes manga, because the story are better than the anime, and sometimes anime because some scenes are boring in the manga .o.

Manga, because the graphics are prettier, somehow ^_^ For example, Full Moon wo Sagashite's anime graphics were nothing compared to the manga. And the storylines in the manga are a lot more detailed and exciting.

i like both just aslong they are both good and not a very long series, and some anime's don't have the same things from the manga they came from.
