It is me yet again! This time, I’m showing what was going to be my first wallpaper and some of the better sketches (that I also wanted to use to make a wallpaper) that I drew during my artist’s block that lasted for several months. Oh, some sketches are rather light so you might want to turn down your monitor’s brightness a bit if you really want to see them in detail hehe. I quickly added color to some of them to make them more interesting.

First, here is the drawing that I wanted to use for my first wallpaper. I didn’t know what to do for a BG and I got sick of looking at her so I gave up on it. After clicking into it a couple months later, I decided to finish coloring her and make some fixes. It’s not done yet, I still have to finish fixing/adding shades and highlights. Her neck is too bulky but I don’t want to fix it… in fact I want to stop working on her again. >B( >>> clickie

I realized that I had entered my artist’s block when I wanted to try and draw some BL/yaoi. Well… my couples looked really ugly, so I decided to draw some single boys instead. They didn’t turn out so well either… and they didn’t feel gay…

This is one of the boys that ended up looking ok to me, but I didn’t really feel like finishing it. The cat is like my alter ego and was drawn because I was so frustrated at not being able to draw BL.

Hehe, I drew the “perverted” thing next to his head. Ch! damn her! If I read half as many yaoi mangas as her I might be able to draw something like that.

…So after the multiple failures in drawing boys, I decided to go back to drawing girls. And since I haven’t drawn a magical one with big hair in a while… I tried to. And then I got bored of the following drawing that I was working on. If you look really closely, you can see a merboy that my sister sketched at the top, lol. I donno if my ugly coloring of this made it worse than the original sketch, but I’m sure pissed at it. >B(

I found an embarassing mermaid that I drew 7 years ago. The scary thing is, this scan never turns out right whenever it’s scanned. It’s always cut into a small rectangle. I guess the scanner hates ugly drawings. LOL.

And then… one day while my sister and I were sitting around the computer eating away like we always do, I told her that I had no good ideas anymore so my sister sketched something on Microsoft Paint for me to try and make into a wallpaper. And I got all excited because it was a really pretty idea. And then what did my sister do? She closed the freaking program without saving the sketch (thinking I didn't need it). I don’t have photographic memory, you curse-word. So then, I thought, “Rargg!! I’m just going to go copy a Lolita doll from a photo!” So I tried. It looks nothing like the doll I wanted to copy. And I can’t draw a body that fits her. Because I suck. Well, I kinda like how the coloring turned out.

You may notice that I’ve only drawn one eye for most of these, lol… well that’s because I kept wanting to draw straight-on faces but was too lazy to draw in the other eye. Hehe, I always end up making my sister look bad when I write about my drawings. Well who told her to draw better than me! Anyways, I think that I can draw again, so maybe I can post better drawings next month.

Ah! I love all of your drawings! My favorite is the 1st one that's hidden in a spoiler. Bandages over eyes are good. Especially if that eye is blind! *points at sig*
