I've noticed there are no topics for this awesome band :D
Anime fans may recognize BoC from Tales of the Abyss anime - the opening, Karma, was sung by them. Also, one of their songs, Sailing Day, was used as an opening for one of One Piece movies.
So, what do you think? Hate them? Love them?
I'm absolutely in love with every single song they ever recorded. I was literally stunned when I heard Karma for the first time - it was everything I was looking for in music, from awesomely nasal vocal to great guitars. Then I got all their albums and fell in love further with every song I heard~ But the best thing about them? How they make each album flow. They're not collections of random songs - songs are in logical order. I really recommend checking them out, especially their latest album, orbital period :3

Oh yes! Karma was my first introduction to the band! I first heard it while playing the music game Taiko no Tatsujin 2. Mind you, I hated that song in the game 'cause the beats were terribly fast...
But musically-wise, it's great, catchy and lively and just plain makes you want to dance!
I specially went to hunt up the mp3 once I played the game. ^^
Haven't heard much of their other songs though to tell the truth as I don't really see 'em around the music sites I frequent. They not a really big name sadly :(

Karma is also their very first song I've ever heard. I fell in love instantly with that song. It has an ear-catching rhythm. But I haven't checked their other songs. My friend whom their greatest fans had recommended BoC to me years ago.

Their song, Karma is the first song that i know when my brother played Abyss game. And i like that song. The lyric so match with the hand story.

i first heard it on GuitarFreaks and Drummania 11th mix (it's a game)

Karma was my introduction to the band as well and I really enjoy the version of the song that is one of the battle themes in tales for ps2.
I listened to another cd from them but it has been a while since I have. I will get a chance to listen to them again once I get my computer back from it's repair...*sigh*

I love the names Japanese bands manage to come up with (though America has some weird names, too...).
I've heard only a handful of tracks by BoC -- "Karma," of course, being the one I know best, thanks to Tales of the Abyss. I like the songs, but I haven't heard any of their complete albums. Saluchna, do you have any particular album that you would recommend?

I loved Karma and Sailing Day; I haven't taken the time to really listen to their other stuff yet though, but I'm sure it's very good. :D
The first song i heard from BoC was Sailing Day.. at first.. i disliked their way of singing.. but when i listened again.. i began liking them..

Yeah karma is an awesome song i found it by accidently clicking the japanese opening of the tales of the abyss game its a really great song! lol
I dont like BOC much.
