Why was I rejected?

I find him very good ... I cant' help you , I don"t understand all in this site , very serious for the quality ... I'm french so i cant' unserstand all details... I hope you will find why it was rejected ^^
What did the rejection notice say?
Also those shiny circles seem randomly put there...i would remove those and leave it that way.
If you remember in your first thread i told you to remove those random butterflies, because the wall was already crowded adding other things didn't help at all.

Ok... i'm seeing some problems in the wall...
wall is kinda over brushed it feel dizy and you used same brush over and over again... its not bad that use same brush but you can give some variation using brush tab (you don't know where it is? check your upper right side of your photoshop)
and another thing i find wrong is stars and... nebula maybe? its on the planet you made at right coner
which makes perspective of wall wrong (lets go simple when you look at the moon do you see the starts throught the moon? i don't think so) unless that dots and nebula like thing was dusts between that planet and viewer
and about those butterfly brushes its not bad but im feeling bit too much... and about black butterfly brush(or used it for eraser?)used on some kind of light at corners are looking bad for me..
well thats about all i can tell you

Overbrushed remove the dust there its making it looked to crowded
I saw the image muddy maybe cause its over brushed... the idea its nice but also the ligthspots i think you put a lot of it maybe you like it but the perspective dosnt look nice, try to reduce it... it may help...
i hope my comments helps but in general you have a nice idea... to work at...

The quality is not so great. the scan looks grainy. use this http://imanimetions.net/tutorial/tutorial.php?view=clean
u use the same brushes over. try to scatter them, maybe diff size and make them at diff angles. dont use too many bruhses. do you have a signature? over all it looks great

It's a little crowded, perhaps a little lighter on the speckles? After all sometimes less is more. Also your character seems a little out of focus. Blurry on some parts and others not so much. You should try to fix that. I wonder, maybe try adding different shades of purple and blue to it to give it a little flare. The larger speckles seem to be overdone as well. Do just a few of those. Then again it all depends on what you're after. Do you want it to be simple or busy in your wall. Ask yourself questions about how you want your wall to look, and then work from there. Personally, I think it should be more simple, but that's just my opinion.

Too grainy and pixelated.
image is unclear. needs cleaning and better extraction.
but overall, you see, how there's little particles/grains everywhere on the wall? you don't want that. you want your wall to be smooth. and sparkly. but pLeASe don't overdo the sparkles.

forexample, I think the amount of sparkles in here are max. Don't go more than this... I even think this is a bit much for your wall.
but maybe this wall. and MAny MaNY others in the gallery can help you with your walling.
good luck!
PS. look for good tutorials.

Hm.. I can see the changes, but the quality still isn't fixed, you need to do something about that grainy look...
but I think it's a really nice wall ^_^

Do you have any ideas on how to fix that...Please help
Can you show us the original scan? It would go a long way to helping us see if its the scan itself that's the problem or something that you've done. It could be that mabye all you need to go back to the original elements (your layers) and rework the effects. If the scan itself is not so great it can either be cleaned up or vectored. If you've never vectored before this scan might be the scan where you learn how.
After you've learned to vector, you almost never want to go back to extraction. ^_^;

Yea i've only really extracted...I don't know how to vector yet...and the original scan got deleted from my work computer..damn co-workers
I guess you could try finding some other kind of brushes. Go to deviantart.com/resources/photoshop brushes for that.
For the vector you need a special program, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Corel... I suggest photoshop, though, it's the best for image editing and for this kind of wall.
About your wall, i think the scan is a problem.. the grainy stuff al around, they have to go. I think you should start everything from scratch with new brushing and new cleaning. As for the image, i have the scan, but in small sizes, so i suggest you should redownload it :-s..
good luck :)
