Phobias are strong persistent fear of certain situations,objects,objects and persons. They're many kinds of them,of course.

I have this acrophobia (fear of heights),hemophobia(fear of blood O_O),pyrophobia( fear of fire~~~).Geez, it's so hard to get rid of them especially my acrophobia and hemophobia...

You have pyrophobia??! O_O But i thought you were my friend T_T

Well, i only have one fear....the fear of losing 3 things that are most special to me..
I don't know what type of phobia that is called exactly! Sorry!! >_<

That is the one and only fear that i fear!! XD
Other then that, i don't have any 'major' phobias, just some small, normal fears.

Do you really expect Firestorm...THE Firestorm to have multiple phobias?? Think again!! :P

I dont have any phobias, at least i dont think so. only normal fears. hmm first of all i hope you can get over you phobias. especially pyrophobia and hemophobia. only way i can think of getting over them is getting use to them ? im not sure since i dont have any of these or experienced anyone who had.

I don't really know how to call m phobia... I also not sure if I have that phobia... The only think I know... I usually get chilled if I saw things with dimples on their surfaces or ummm how to called it... Don't really know >.<

I'm still terrified of the dark. I don't know what that is called, but I am so scared of it. I don't know why! I can handle scary movies... almost anything else. Just not darkness. I also hate spiders. *shiver*

Edit: I found I'm Nyctophobic. (Nyctophobia) Fear of the dark...

Nice topic. ^^

About the phobias, I don't have a really phobias, just an ordinary fear. My fear is only the ghosts. Not an ordinary ghost, like vampires, draculas, zombies, cs, but the ghosts from the Japan. All of them is so scarying me, Fatal Frame series are the example for it. ^^ The other that I fear of it is the bad things happened to my computer. ^^ For me, my computer is everything, if there are an error which I can't fix it, it'll make me so fear on losing it. ^^

And my acrophobia is very annoying,too. Everytime i look down (from high places,of course) it feels like something chiily's coming and it's just like i'm going to fall!

Hmmm...Well... I think is...about the phobias, well, actually I don't have any real phobias,(i think) but maybe or probably just a usual fear, which i encounter them everyday in my life. Things like ghosts, zombie.. I don't think i can believe them. Which also means i don't think it fears me..I've played all kind of games involving zombies and ghost but it had no effect on me... All of them aren't scarying me... Take resident evil 3 for an example...The things that i probably fear is the bad kind of things might happened to my computer or hard disk...Because there's a lot of anime in it...

things like getting it back from my friend is a huge pain so i really hope nothing happens...

About the blood things, I like it. ^^ But I still can't understand why the people fear of fire. The fire will only kill us. But maybe we don't fear with the fire itself, but the death that will occured to us when we got fire. ^^ About the acrophobia, sometimes me too, especially when I was trying a game at Genting Highland(I don't know the name). There, we were shaken quickly up-down and there I felt scared, feel like will fall from there(it's so high, and covered by cloud when you've reached the peak point of it). ^^

Well, I have acrophobia (afraid of heights) but, it's not that severe. Also, I have a great fear of the smell of airplanes. They make me barf.

@exile: well,at first i was just 'scared' of fire,not phobia yet. But when i was around 7 i tried to cook something but i burned my finger.It wasn't really bad though but i was still a "chicken" back there and since then,i always feel this "chills" whenever i near fire...

Well, I see that. ^^ If in that case, I've ever occured it, but not a direct fire. It was a hot water, just been boiled. When I use it to make some tea, the vacuum flask(I don't know the proper english for it ^^;), the cap suddenly slipped out from the head and my hand is "bathed" with that fresh-from-boiling hot water. ^^ But that thing doesn't make me fear with the fire, even it makes me more interested in fire. ^^

1.Please fill your posts with some more meaning in them...
2.A phobia is in fact a strange feeling that we are not certain about...Many phobias come from our fears but there are many phobias coming from what we wanna do or learn about...Its strange!Sometimes you wanna do something so much that it becomes dangerous in your mind...I dunno how to explain it!
Strangest phobia ive ever seen is grandmaphobia...Yeah that right!A guy has this,he said that he cant face grannies...one incident happened to his neighborhood, a granny got killed and he felt kinda responsible,i dunno...It may look silly but this guy cant go for a walk...Its BAD!
