Why the mangas are different from the animation ?

I really HATE that because I watched some perfect anime then I read their mangas ...AND I was shoked when I saw a great new volume or extra story FOR THAT ANIME like :
KENSHIN,GTO.SLAMDUNK and many many more
don't you just want to kill them for that ? I mean why they didn't COMPLETE IT ?!

Well, for my case, it's BECK.
But the reason can be simply money. If you don't have the cash, you can't produce any more episodes.

Or many manga's have storylines that for "politically correctness" just don't make it to North America.

opposite for me for Love Hina. The manga was beautiful, but the anime was craptastic. Why? its becuase the manga-ka's aren't the ones who make the anime. They barely do anything with the anime at all. When the people go to make the anime, the same character can be drawn by many different people so it would most likely not have the same feel as original (for me at least). They use the manga as a basis for what they are creating. ALMOST ALWAYS, the manga came first... someone correct me if i'm wrong.
so in short, the anime is a retelling of the manga. the anime may have extra parts or something entirely different becuase 1) the funds 2) The Manga-ka did not have a say in the matter or they didn't care about the anime. Example: Sakigake Cromartie High

Mostly budget, time line, and packaging/formatting have an affect on what´s in and what´s not when manga scripts are developed for anime.
Also, it´s mostly common that manga comes first and anime later, but there are probably some exceptions.

Well I know that but still WHY can't they get along (the writers for the manga & the produceres for the anime)

There are. The Eva and Maburaho manga were both created after their respective series started.
Changes in manga-anime adaptations often come because of budget constraints and directors. The adaptations of .hack//LEGEND OF THE TWILIGHT were vastly different from each other. Even the starting episodes of the anime were quite separate from the manga's beginnings. On the other hand, Azumanga Daioh's anime remained fairly faithful to the manga. It really just depends on the staff.

Dont you people remember the phrase "The book was way better then the movie". This is usually always the case with the manga over the anime. Sure... you arent getting color, but you usually get more story. Take GTO... the show ended at like book 15. Or Inuyasha, Berserk, and Love Hina as well had a different ending then the show. Probably some other examples i can think of but its pretty rare for the manga and anime to be the same.
People watching filler of Naruto can attest to that 8P

Oh yes, Naruto. Holy crap, the filler episodes are killing me now. It's like the producers have to create a bunch of idiot brothers and jack up some weakling from the first episode. Wow, how much further until the anime continues on with the story? Manga is much preferable for Naruto. Also because I don't have to hear poor Sakura crying over some jerk who is completely obsessed with power.
So you would gladely buy first a anime which covers 25-unlimited episodes and then buy atleast 6-unlimited volumes of manga with the same stuff inside? Just that the manga is black and white?
I´m really glad that anime and manga isn´t the same thing, that way you can enjoy both of them instead of knowing exactly what´s going to happen... that is boring.

Sometimes its because the anime is released when the manga hasn't been completed yet...so you get a lot of filler episodes (ahem...kenshin) or you get an incomplete story (eg. fruits basket) or even worse a different ending. Also there was a time when most animes released were like 24-26 eps so the story had to be condensed and some bits left out...but yea...if you want the whole story like the mangaka intended the manga is always the way to go.
They do it just to confuse us all! O_O
Chrno Crusade Manga is COMPLETELY different from the anime, Aion appears really early in the anime, only episode 6/8 i think. And in the end of the Anime *spoiler*rosette does this blood shootin thing
I prefer the Manga though, more romance to me ^^
