I have a big passion for jazz and the Sax. I want to no if there is anyone else on this website who likes it.I like almost all kinds.Smooth,hard,old ,new,(but not god frobid Kinney G).So tell me if you feel my passion.

I like jazz, but not so much the traditional stuff. My favorites are Charles Mingus (I used to play bass in my high school jazz band), Sex Mob, Squirrel Nut Zippers, Tito Puente, Smokey & Miho, Ray Brown, and... get this, DJ Shadow. I really think of him as a jazz musician of the turntable variety.
Yes, Jazz sounds nice. Since I play the saxophone (a common instrument to use in a Jazz Band), I prefer its Jazz than Pop.
It depends on the songs. Some songs are good. Some make me go to sleep fast.
My bf listens to it, but it is dangerous to listen when you are driving since it is easy to fall asleep <<< this is what I think.

I really enjoy listening to jazz, but i don't do it very often :(
I don't really like Jazz that much, but some of it is okay to listen to. It's not something that I would listen to regularyly.
Although I don't listen to jazz music often, it's very relaxing and soothing. I remember one time when I felt so stressed out, jazz music really calmed me down. And I love the sax. I wish I can learn how to play it.
Hmm, jazz is very soothing. one of my personal fave kinds of music actually. i prefer jazz that has a nice beat to it though. like mushroom jazz and acid jazz. very upbeat styles of jazz. nu-jazz also has this feel to it. these kinds of jazz are very good for break dancing. =D
What the peanuts?
I kind of grew up with it, and I'm used to the traditional stuff more than the new. I rather like how it sounds, as it is really relaxing. I played the saxophone so that I could play music like that. It's really nice to listen to when you're on a road trip in the summer time with your windows down and driving down the highway... heh. ^^; Now I'm getting nostalgic. Anyway, I do like it, even if it's not my all time favorite genre of music.
I play the saxaphone, but not really well... but i do listen to jazz whenever i can get my hands on some. my main man's gotta be Charlie Parker. Its just free-flowing... Bebop had some good stuff. The seatbelts. i made a mix out of all the bebop OSTs and i used only the jazz songs. great mix.

It depend on what sort of Jazz. personally, I prefer something like trance, dance...sth like that. I'm blind in music notes but I do normally love to create my own music by using my own imagination. Have you people ever tried to use a playstation and create your own music...?? Give it a shot...you will love it...it's called music 2000/3000...??

Yup..I love Jazz very much. it really can create an emotional feeling plus the way it played was classic. I like others style as well but hard for me to decide...lol

i used to play trumpet in jazz band and it's fun stuff. i like the mellow stuff cause it's easier to study with than something upbeat.
