I was wondering if anyone could give me some ideas or suggestions on what to put in or take out.
Trying to make my first paper to put on the site.

First are you french speaking? :D
I guess you are if you use a french site... But anyway I'll make my comment in English to be sure...

First the font is not suiting the Naruto theme... You should get some better fonts on www.dafont.com You'll find all the stuff you need about fonts there.
You sign is too big and too obvious... Please make it blend more in the background and less visible...

Then the character... it's a bit poor quality and blurry. I'm sure you can get a better one from this site.
The extraction of the character could use just a BIT of more work on the shuriken cause you don't have sharp edges and clean lines...
And you have some jaggy ends around the Naruto's clothes
You also need to turn down a bit the contrast or put it higher and play a bit less with the saturation cause right now the character seems glowing :-s

The funky background is not really suiting the Naruto character in my mind but that's more about a matter of taste.. But what's the link between the funky techno background and the sort of sun ray stuff behind the character?

Note that you need to remove the parts of the bug frog he's standing on cause it's not looking good at all.

I love this scan but you REALLY need to clean it and extract it better.

To add to zazou's comment, the scan's blurriness looks as if it's over-cleaned or something. if this is indeed the case, then go back to the original and redo the cleaning. if the quality cannot be improved enough without it turning blurry, then vectoring needs to be done. and yeah, do fix up the outlines, which look rough in some places.

zazou already talked about the font. i'll just add a bit of guidance by suggesting something more specific: a grunge kind of bold font should fit better than what you have right now.

the spread of vector brushes is too uniform and for me, that make these brushes lose some of their cool. some of it also looks slightly over techno for naruto. the arrowheads and circles are okay i suppose, although i've seen too many wallpapers with them that they've become sort meaningless. but that's a personal thing and i do not hold anything against you. i have my own tastes and i like to stress originality and a strong relevance between all elements of the wall on top of stressing for the elements to look suitable together.

but overall, this wall's starting out pretty good. hope to see an update soon. =]
