Was it 'filters -> artistic -> cutout'ed? Grained, blurred, pixelated. Oh, and very... empty. There may be an idea here, but the wall is far from great. First, let Ed be not so grained - I don't know if his character was vectored or not, but you can do better than that. Try to use better light effects. Next up is the background. Maybe something less boring and more detailed?

If I were you, I'd rework the whole project, but wait for what others have to say :)

Can you please upload the wall onto www.imageshack.us then post the for forums 1 on here plz
that will be much easier and better for us to comment
the quality of the whole wall needs to be uploaded
definitely can't just have a bg with filter
don't cut his body off like that
if you're doing a scenery
make sure that he look like he's actualy in the bg
this means that style, lighting, color, size , (proportions) all have to be right!
