A quickie Shana wallpaper

Ok, so this is a variation of my current (nearly two weeks and running ;d), which is a variation of a banner I made for AP4 :D I took a good shot from the DVD ending (B&W), colorized it, and closed it in a wide rectangular. Included a logo and text in kanji. That was my wall. For the submission here, I added some new, minor things, and added vectorized chibi versions of all four Flame Hazes. (the characters from the right are from the Assorted Shana vol. 3 CD, chibi Shana eating ramen is from the artist's artbook). I wanted it to be as simple as possible, while enjoyable. Everything took me circa 3 hours, which is quite a good time ;d What do you think? I'm very happy with it, and I don't see any need for improvements here, but I'll listen to your suggestions:

It's cute! and a really nice start
did you vector the chibis?
for the noodle chibi, it would be better if you can add in her feet
because she looks kinda hanging there,
then arrange the chibis in a sort of order, because they're a bit disorganized^^'
the pic of shana is pretty blurry

Yeah dont forget about big shana...it's not bad, just the chibis are vectored so nicely, it makes it look comparatively bad :)
I think you should try a different background or style. The chibi characters seem to be a good attraction so have them on the main character you want or somethign liek that. This wall is just too black and plain. A bit random.
Done, done and done. How could've I miss such obvious things? As for the bluriness of the mian pic, I'm aware of that, but I'm afraid I can't do anymore than on v2. Why? This is simple - I won't vectorize it, cause I'm too lazy, this wall was supposed to be a quickie.

If it'll get rejected... well, I won't correct or alter it. At least not now. Maybe some day. I know that's a bit "uncommunity'ish", but I've made two wp's recently and this one is just a mere intermission :D

I think you have to clean up the big scan, and the background is kind of simple too simple o.0
I think the two different kinds of characters, vectorized and screenshotted clash with each other. Also at this point there's no particular style to the wall, just some characters hanging in black space. Perhaps making the chibis even smaller, and putting them up by big Shana's face near the centre would help give the overall image some more balance.
Ok, so I am really bored and instead on starting making two school rumble walls (which one of is a bigger project), I've corrected some things here and... started vectoring the main image. Y'all have a great persuation skill. This is how it looks now - the only thing it's missing is all those black line besides the center of the face, where they are already made.
But that's not the thing I want you too look at now ;p Please tell me what about the placement of the chibis and ther 'descriptions' now? Is it better than before?
I also have some minor changes of them issued, that is: changing some of the colours of the Shana chibi and adding a black outline over the top of all four characters, to make them more recognizeable from the main image.

Okay. I've done it. Changed some things, vectored some.
1. The whole wallpaper, besides the series logo is vectored.
2. This is the best vector in my life, though I only learned how to vector a week ago.
3. I really like it. I'm freaking proud.

although you seem to have the hair layer under the eyes...which looks weird
because the hair cannot be under the eyes^^'

Nah, the hair's like this in original. I suppose it's Noizi Ito's unique style that's the fault here ;d
As for the chibis... well I though I organised them kinda well ;d Shana is away from the rest, eating ramen, Wilhelmina is pointing her to Khamsin, who observes without any emotion... and next to them there is Margery, not interested with the situation and asleep ;d

Definitely a turn for the better, in my books. :3 Last time I knew I had another suggestion, but I had forgotten. Actually, blu3 has a similar idea here, where the chibis could go on the same horizontal level to help 'em look a bit more organized. Since it's your personal wally and you didn't want a bg, no problem there. The little ones are just kinda floating there though. :x
Lastly - that's a real nice vector. It really picked everything up a notch~ It's encouraging to see someone else like me who's new to vectoring make one this good. Nice job. :>
