This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Don't belittle legos. They're great stuff for all ages, and I firmly believe that they can contribute to childrens' development as well as help older kids and adults flex their brains. Excellent for developing creativity and problem solving as well as spatial reasoning.

The robotics/technic sets are especially great for older players, plenty of possibilities to explore and play with.

Heck, I still have my legos lying around. If and when I have kids, they'll be playing legos too, I promise.

Of course, it's no use if you only just build per the instructions and don't really try to come up with your own models/designs.

Although I gotta say, legos aren't like what they used to be. With so many specialised parts and themed series these days, it's lost some of that old charm of 'you can build anything with basic blocks + imagination'. >_>

I'm 18 years old and I still find myself playing with legos from time to time.

Actually just yesterday for my interview they asked me to play with some legos and construct something out of those legos with my group. I had a blast, it didn't take much time to complete a little 18 wheeler with a guy driving it, but it didn't look to shabby.

So yes, Legos are still cool ^_^.

That's a good question.
i was actually wondering that myself because last week i was in a mall that has a whole store dedicated to lego. i grew up with lego!... well it's just hard to believe that it's still around. but then again, there seems to be this whole new generation of lego products, so maybe it is still in..

Back in the old days my brother and one of my cousins use to play a lot of Lego. They build several things. One thing I can remember very good and will never forget is their famous blue spaceship. I even have an old Polaroid pic of it, but don't know where we put it any more.

My older brother and my older cousin didn't go after any instruction, when they build their spaceship. It was all self created. And that's the special about that.

Well when I played with my cousins in Thailand, my mom used to buy Lego for them, when they were younger. I sometimes helped them to builld the vehicles properly,... and sometimes without knowing it, I would do the hardwork... for them spoiling all their fun ^-^-^-^-^-^

Heck ya, no matter what age, Legos rock. I never liked following the directions, though. Just build my own creative spaceships, cars, etc. That's the beauty of legos, they will make anything your mind can imagine.

Well, my friends and I, in computer graphics class, like to open up lego block pictures then alter them. We make all kinds of retarted objects and beings.

Yes! I'm 16 and I still play it and I think there's no problem in playing legos. I mean it's enjoyable and it makes my brain work haha. Well, it's good stuff so I think it will never go out with age.
