Do you listen while you design?

Do any of you guys listen to music while you design/draw/paint/etc? And if so, what do you listen to normally?
*Raise up the hand* I do listen to music while working on a wallpaper. The music I listen is really depends on what wallpaper I am going to do. And sometimes musics do give me some inspiration of making something ^.^
Yep, i must listen to music when im working..otherwise i just feel like i cant be bothered with anything. Its like that at school, lucky i can listen to my music in class X3
Same here. I always seem to listen to music while working on my computer. For me, it makes me to concentrate moren and the job's done faster.

Yes, whenever I draw paint or design I usually have music corresponding to my mood...the thing is, for me, it really doesn't matter what's playing, so long as the music doesn't change for the duration of whatever I'm working on...Like, if I have a CD on, I can't change it untill I'm finished, or if it happens to be on repeat...I'm kind of strange like that, but I always feel as though whenever the music is changed I leave that zone, you know? One time I had Bohemian Rhapsody on for two hours straight while I did a logo design for a concert for my school...fun times :hehe:
As a general rule, external stimulus distracts me while I'm designing something, be it a wallpaper, signature or my plans for world domination. That said, sometimes the incredibly annoying... people in my house drives me to the brink of insanity, so in this case, listening to my mp3s will be the lesser of two evils.
And for the record, my favourite song is Akira Yamaoka's You're Not Here. For those who don't know, this is the opening song of Silent Hill 3.

I don't really design that often...maybe once in a while but i do listen to music when i do..actually i listen to music whenever i'm doing anything.
it fills the quiet rather well and lets me keep focused somehow since its so easy to get lazy and start playing games or something.
the songs themselves don't really matter, i just let my playlist shuffle through randomly

Yea I listin to Rock on the raido but reacently I have been listin to the Cowboy BeBop OST but like everyone else it depends on my mood.
Today I offer all myself to this I'm living for my dying wish
I listen to music almost all the time, but then again, I'm usually doing something all the time. I listen to whatever, sometimes internet J-rock radio, sometimes emo, and so on. Although the music usually doesn't correspond with the mood of what I'm working on, just what I feel like.

I don't design but i listen to music. mostly contemporary pop/rock.
Listening to music motivates and inspires me while designing. I listen to whatever I like. It helps me out a lot. New ideas even pop out at me while I'm listening to music.
