This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Any of you members collect things? I collect knifes and some other stuff. Mostly knifes though. I used to collect marbles, and bouncy balls. If you used to collect stuff in the past then post it here.

Well, I used to keep the cinema ticket stubs of the movies that I go to. It really brings back the memories of the times when going to the cinema means going out with a large group of friends (usually more than 10). There were two kind of tickets though. One is made of normal flimsy paper (comes from the old fashion cinemas with sticky floors, kuaci shells littered around the floor and are huge to accomodate a large amount of cinema-goers) while the other type is made of thicker high-quality paper (used by cineplexes). While the cineplex experience is more comfortable, it is also more expensive. The old-fashion cinema tickets are cheaper but they do offer a nostalgic and unique cinema-going experience.

I don't think I have those ticket stubs anymore. I believe they were lost when I was in university and my family shifted to a new house.

I collect ticket stubs, short sleeve button up shirts, and customizations of anythning on computer. I have other collections but they're mostly digital stuff. I have a huge wallpaper collection, a huge Winamp skin collection, and a decently sized MP3 library.

You can probably tell that I would die if I lost my stuff.

Well...I lost all the ticket stubs. *jumps out of 10-storey window*

Some of the ticket stubs which I can remember were for movies like Men in Black 1, Mr Bean Movie (I watched those two movies back to back in the cinema XD), Battlestar Galactica, Star Wars Trilogy Special Edition, Goldeneye, Planet of the Apes, George of the Jungle, a few HK movies, Tomorrow Never Dies, Sleepy Hollow, Blair Witch Project, and Godzilla. Too bad I can't remember what other movies which I watched back in the nineties. Watching movies with your secondary school classmates were a real blast. After a movie, we'd all go to our usual hangout place for a midnight snack.

Currently the only thing I collect are anime dvd's. But if I ever get the money, I would really love to start collecting authentic samurai swords/katana. More antiques then not, but some recent ones too.

Oh yeah...I also used to collect Magic: The Gathering but it got too expensive and I just didn't have the space to keep them.

My collection started from the 4th ED all the way till Mirage. After that, I stopped and only resumed with the introduction of the Mercadian Masque cycle (that was when I return to the active Magic playing scene). Stopped again after buying a whole box of Invasions booster pack (can't remember exactly the name but it's the one with the Titan Kavu and Titan Engine cards).

I like to collect bus passes and tickets, I have couple of stacks of them. The total value is probably over $1000 Canadian.

I suppose I collect games. I have quite a few games worth more than $300 USD a piece.

Other than that, I have a bunch of swords, and a few firearms.

I stopped collecting YGO cards because I had more important things to spend my money on. Like... anime. ^^;

I used to collect marbles too, but that lasted only a month. Same thing happened with my bead collection, and my small sparkly rocks collection. x_x I have a short attention span. *sigh* Although I've been keeping up with my MP3 collection! ^_^
