Has or does anyone play MapleStory on this website? I did a quick-search on it and it pinged back a single result (locked, due to age?), so there may be a few players. 
I would be honoured if anyone would add me to their buddy list. Oh, and I'm a Scanianite... GlobalMS, not SEA.
For those of you who don't know what MapleStory is, it's a free online RPG game available for download at www.mapleglobal.com which is IE-only, unfortunately. ><; Rather innovative, as it is a 2D side-scroller which is uncommon in role-playing games. Graphics are compatible with low-end computers because the game seems to focus more on art than visual effects... don't get me wrong, the graphics are clear and crisp. Character customization is kinda low in the beginning (unless you spend real-world money), but your appearance will become less and less common as you progress since fewer have achieved your level. One of the problems is the amount of grinding in this game, but a talkative and interesting buddylist/guild should remedy that.
Got kinda side-tracked with describing the game. x_X; I could give you a review, but who wants to read a book? If you play or begin to play, tell me and we'll hook up. ;D

I tried it. I was so addicted to this game O_O it is very well known :P anyhow i stoped playing it cause it got boring after a while XD anyhow its a fun game for a while O_O;'

Maple Story is quite fun. But it's not really that type of RPG game that would get me going for a while. Training and training doesn't really have a purpose in the game except getting to your next job advancement. But I still play it once in a full moon. But playing Guild Wars or anyother RPG that has a story to it would get my attention any day.

So boring and long, but I try to get some exp each day so that was I slowly lv and don't get bored with the game too quick.

Ha, well, I hope to see you soon then, Galy. xD You might fall in love with it, or you might get bored within a couple of day... hopefully the former. And AsDFbo's reason was why I took a long-ass hiatus from the game... but yesterday, Ludi (a new world in the game) was released so I'm all types of excited.
Guild Wars had my interest for a while, but... well, my guild kinda stopped playing, so I did, too. xD I still have a few Lv. 20 chars, though.
And Rei... I wish, but we're different servers. Gomen. x__X;

Yay! Another Maple Story thread! I'm quite addicted to the game and hae been fo a while. I'm level 32 on Windia... so I may as well not say my name 'cause you're all on Bera. If you ever switch to Windia just let me know, and I'll see if I can help you. :P
OMG... I can't think right now...
The first time I tried to download MapleStory I wasn't doing it right or something so yeah I gave up. But recently my boyfriend helped me download it. And when I got on it, it froze my computer. -_- It did something to my computer and I needed to restart...>.> I haven't got back on it since but I'll probably get bored soon and try to get back on it. Haha
Maplestory i used to play it when it first came out in the Korean server and it was fun for couple of days with its cute graphics and such but it got boring QUICK... -_- for me at least some of my friends still play haha... because the quests don't mean much its quite meaningless you do it to do it... it has no storyline and its SLOW leveling is SooO SLOW after you hit a certain lvl unless you play like 24/7 it is so slow i couldnt handle it... i was a sin and ya ^^;;; so i quit and got bak on TalesWeaver the game i used to play before it went P2P but now its free ^-^ and its faster it has awesome storyline and to me its just better hahaha das my opinion of course ^-^
