Simple but okay. um well, i think you need a better splatter/blood brush than the one you've used...though I think i only said that because of the white noise in it. but the heck, in case you ever wanted to collect splatter brushes, deviantart is the place to go. and again, about the noise, I personally think it's a bit much. but wait for other opinions. and good luck with your wall. =]
Well, I'm not really liking the noise in the bg too much.
I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like that, but Mugen's toes and ankles are invisible.
I also agree with asa01, get another splatter brush with no noises (white dots) on it.
Good luck!

The sword's extraction seems jaggy. You need to work on the extraction side.
As for the blood, people have already mentioned about getting better brushes. Another thing that I'd like to highlight would be placement of the blood splatters. Spread the area hit by blood splatters more. Currently the range is too narrow and makes the wallpaper feel uneven (especially the left side of the wall near Mugen).

Funky fresh, but you shouldn't have added that speckled grainy effect to the blood splatters. Try playing with some sort of motion blur or swipe effect on part of Mugen to help suggest motion. Also, some bits and pieces need to be a bit crisper, like the sword and the slash through the inkstamp, which I have to say looks impressive. Why not play with various backgrounds? I'd like to see this one against a light sepia-toned parchment texture as opposed to grey.
Well, I did some changes you recommended, specially about the blood XD (I think you're right, it had to much noise). Also I improved that thing about the sword, toes and ankles. I don't know what to do with the background, actually I like how it looks in that way ^^' ... Anyway, what do you think now?

I cant really see anything totally wrong with it, I would suggest playing with some shadows to see the effect of that. Btw there is some color missing from the sandle in front of his toes. It still has a little bit too much noise in the background so I would lower it some then let us see that version.
SWEET.
A few [reasonable] comments now though: the blood is a bit iffy, and Mugen would probably look better just revectored in general.
I like the concept though :D Just edit it up and it'll be ready and on it's way to AP acception!

Thanx everybody ^^ I think my paper looks better... well these are the changes I made:
Shadow added
Sandle fixed XD
Logo filled up with white o.o (I thought that it needed that)
Background changed ^^

Can somebody else suggest what to do with the BG?? I'm really not satisfied... Also I don't know if the size (1600 X 1200) is correct O.o

Yes the third is really nice... But I prefer noise that those lines for the bg... The shadow is great but if you do it a bit blurrier, fuzzier? It's just an idea... Try it on your own ;) I'm not a pro! ^^
About the cape I like it but the vectorisation looks really simple... We lose a big part of the moves... (too bad cause this character's Soo fast and fun to watch moving... I also see two episodes... The two first)
For the BG why don't you try a stony, watery or paper look? but really light!

Hmmm i agree with zazou i think you need to experiment on the bg that will fit your scans...
I actually like this BG; it's not ridiculously overdone, and it emphasizes the scan, which is the main point.
