Ok after vectoring haruhi & twins...im stuck. i dont know what to use as the bg. right now it's just black. what i want to show is that she is confused but have no idea how to show that.

I think its good just dont put the circle over him put it over his glass lens and leave the BG like it is with the circle but not over the character

I think it looks good like that but I can see a bit of white from where you missed the combination on the glasses on the edges

Well for me the text version was better looking... I don't really like that spychedelic look... I was thinking more about some interrogation points... But maybe you can add them on the actual background...

And about psychedelic colors I think you can make them a bit more funky looking by using some blur tool.. Cause like that it looks really sharp shapes and I don't think it's the best way to do that style of background.

About the spiral on the glass... Here again you can do better... You need to have a line coming from the center and going out... Not regular circles... Don't you have a tool to make that kind of shape in photoshop? If not you can make a swirly shape coming from the center and going circularly out then add one color then copy that swirle and past it again and again till you have a spiral feeling... See what I mean? You'll be able to chose the colors and the location of those...
It will ask some work but not that much... And if you want you keep the actual color circles behind it to give a bit more color...

And about the twins... You maybe should add some light differences in the eyes or the shape of the mouth to make it a bit obvious they are twins and not perfect reflect... Anyway the vector work is amazing as usual! :D
