the feel you're trying to convey is good, although the whole bg is kinda real and blurry, especiallly the moon.
and clouds.
the stars on the left corner are a bit too big, so you'll want to make them smaller.
She might also be too bright, so tone down her blendings.

Hey your wall looks grate. The only things that are visible to me that should be changed are the stars they are too blury. Also something is wrong with her scan around the edges, try to duplicate the scan then blur it, then reduce transperancy to like 25% and overlay it on top the original. I don't know its just something to try.
So, don't use brushes.
find a good stock and modify that.
or, don't just simply use brushes, modify the brush, put some cloud layer above it.
For the clouds, you can definitely find a good stock and use it.
stars, you can just draw by your self and blend.

Yeah I really like this wall atmosphere!!^^, and the chara is really nice! However I think you can improve it, especially her wing,according to me it doesn't stand out enough.As far as the moon ant the stars are concerned,hum...take the advice of the others ;P.

I liked the first version better, all you had to do was sharpen the stars. The second version has; clouds that don't match and look like sepperate layers, the mountines look low quality and are blury. The wings have white edges, which need to be dark or black.
The moon is way too big. If you want the moon that big then you need to get rid of thse clouds.
Here: The red is where the edges need to be dark, I also tried to show you the difference if you just use burn tool to go around the edges to make them dark. The white is the clouds looking like layers. The green is the low q mountin.

I want the moutains to be like dat.. theyre not the main focus on the wallp.. the main focus is the theme and the character... i ;ll try gettting read off the clouds...
...and the white areas on the wings... i knew about that.. im just too lazy to fixx it.. this is not my final draft yet.. lol..
