Its nice but, nothing connects it with the wall...
it looks like you just had put her there and nothing...
maybe add something below here like adding some path ways that will make her look like standing on somehtig there...
or anything you like as long as there is something that connects her to the whole wall

Well personaly I like this wallpaper-nice colours and brushes you put.
You can change only font-it's not match very well the rest of wallpaper..
and you can put the text in the other place-just put it a little lower :)

But (I'm not sure) I affraid that AP don't accept this wallpaper,but oh well..try submit it ^^

Ah well, i've given up saying anything about these multitudes of scan+vector brushing walls. so i'll get straight to how to make it look better =P

first off, the thick black stroke around the scan is wobbly (not straight and smooth) in places. look at that stick thing in her left hand and the bottom of her left wing (her left, not ours).

and you aslo have to be careful when brushing: for example, your diagonal text thing has a cut off and all three of those lines of text near the top center of your wall show the visible cut off. i also don't quite like the same brush used adjacently, such as in the bottom left corner. these details are best fixed up if you go over the entire bg carefully. and change some of the brushings into a darker shade of red would be nice to see as well, since you only have them lightening up. it should also help tie in the deep red of the text. and speaking of the text, it does not need the drop shadow.

and finally, adjust the base pink color of your background so that it has a warmer tone. RGB-wise, it has a bit too much blue. a warmer pink should look better.

anyway, i am straightforward so don't mind. and remember, these are only suggestions. follow them if you want to. follow part of them if you want to. ignore me if that suits you. holiday season and the messed up sleeping times impact the soundness of my judgment as well. so in the end I say: take what you will from my suggestions, work hard, and good luck! xD

EDIT: oh yeah, another thing that normally nobody will ever point out for you. your wallpaper file size is too big. to find out what is the maximum file size AP will support for your wall, multiply the dimensions of your wall in pixels and then divide by 1.5 and convert to kb. i think for a 1024x768 wall, max is in the lower 500s. yours is in the 700s.

Personally, I really, really dislike the text font itself; I'd go with something a little more bold, and not so plastered, I guess. Also, the text in the brushwork in the BG is very blurry; either lower the brush size to make it cleaner, or scrap it.

Hhhmm...nice vector there...but the only problem there is your background..well..It just don't fit with the character..my suggestion is you re design again and think what background...maybe you can give it a scenic background..how's that..welll..just my suggestion..your not really obligue to follow it..hehe..well..good luck on that!
