i've been working on this FMA scan for couples days now

Hey, did you notice that "embargo" is the backwards of "o grab me"?
The wallpaper is to plan and it looks like you just cropped a picture of Souska( I think I spelt that right) due to the japanese letterings on the lower left corner of the wallpapers. Also you uploaded it to small. The image also needs cleaning as well. And it's FMP not FMA. Not to nit-pick, but your spelling is poor.
Remove the sweat drops and preserve the patterns on the face using the stamp tool... And get rid of the text... I cant view the pics full sized @_@

Maybe you should vector them? Vector the white, gray, and brown parts within the sweatdrops.
Like this:
You can use the one I did if you'ld like. It only look like 5 minutes.
Also, if you are having trouable with them or don't like them, you could always take them out, as Puppychow suggested.

I would try removing the sweat patterns... with the healing brush tool... :) Hope that helped... or you could always go to http://good-tutorials.com and find what you wish over there :D
