I've sent it to post but i've forgoted to put my signature!
JUST because of that, they took all my papers and now I have -15 papers...
Honestly, why loose paper if the wall is not accepted? What's the main reason? I understand if it is to punish people how send bad wall (with porno thing, or not anime, etc) but because forgotted to put the signature?
I'm sorry about this, but this is ridiculous!
My recomendation is to you analyse better a wallpaper and decide if you need or not, take papers from the user!

Anyway, i'm posting my walll here in this forum, now with the signature, but i'm not sure if I will send to be posted in the site:

Nice wallpaper you got there. Ah, well the mods have to go through lots of wallpapers in one day to check, and they only want up to notch wallpapers with signatures also. I think they deduct points to reduce people from forgetting small things on their wallpapers such as signatures. Afterall, time is precious. I also did something similar to that too once. *silly me*

Anyhow, these are few thoughts and suggestions on your wallpaper:

- The character looks a bit blurry. Maybe you could clean him up a bit. Here's a cleaning tutorial that might help.

- You might want to get rid of "February 15th, the wait is over". Looks more like an ad really. I don't know... Up to you though.

- The grunge affect looks a little strange up the top. Maybe you could blur it up with motions blue or gaussian blur a bit so it looks cloudy? Especially near the top left hand corner where there is this vivid black part.

I like the whole concept. You got a good wallpaper going. Hope this helps. Good luck with your wallpaper. XD

Sorry for your lost xD .. i know how it feels :) .. it happened to me when i first joined too lol ..

i took a look at the wall and i think its more than just the sign :/ .. the scan is blury and the font looks weird!..

the background is a normal trick that you can find online -_- .. but on the other hand .. you have done a nice job on extracting the scan ^^ ..

so overall i agree with the points that "mint99" have wrote ^_^ .. try to make a more creative background .. and a better font and text effect ^_^ .
