its a really nice work!

This is one of those walls that has a lot going on but not much else.
Here's what I mean: while the doodads and random arrows and stuff are visually busy, there's not much else to your composition.
I'm not saying this can't work for some people, but it's not a very original idea if you're not using your own doodads or shapes or if it doesn't make sense...and even then, the fact remains: this concept has been done a million times over.

I suggest getting some light highlighting on Kakashi's face and maybe some other parts you want. Right now, he's an unflattering shadow of positive space.
The sig is another random style thrown in but it at least looks decent.
Acceptable but typical.
