Yes, it's really a great machine (4 * 7900 GT 256Mb !) but i do prefer amd processors. I also prefer buying all parts and mounting it myself (cheaper and better!).
Anyway, doesn't look bad at all.

Wow... now that's awesome. Looks like they're sold too. That's okay though... I don't have enough money to buy it anyway, lol.

The Quad SLI drivers are still sketchy. I'd rather spend the money on a car or something. :p

It sure is a hella fast rig, but i woudn't ever buy such a comp for myself - selfmade rocks :)
PS : Those are 4* 7900GTX with 512MB each ;)

Anyone who says a DELL is nice or kewl, should just be thrown in jail!

Wow, hot design, really like it. I didn't think dell could make something like that-

i cannot agree though i say that this guy has some points.
i used to work for dell tech support and i can tell you, we have a lot of issues with XPS systems. before you buy this baby, you should consider a few things:
1 if you are to call tech support, you will wait for at least an hour to get to a live person
2 common issues have something to do with either a no power/no POST due to bad battery, motherboard and/or memory modules
3 there is a 6/10 probability that you will get a lemon (as far as i statistically recorded myself. applies to ALL dell systems)
4 dell PSUs are proprietary. if you plan to upgrade the mobo or change the PSU, think twice. you may need to re-splice the 24-pin connector to make the PSU universally compatible... but who cares?
but disregarding the above, provided that you can get a good xps system, i'd say that this model is also a good one... after buying alienware, that is... (yes, dell bought alienware)
verdict: don't get a dell unless you are tech savvy...

Only thing I really want is the case!(maybe the Aegia physics card too) other than that Im not interested in this pc(not that I can buy it thou) other than the oc cpu and the case you can build your own pc with those parts for less money and I also prefer AMD over Intel :3
It's a pure overkill. No single software program (including games) on the market today will ever use such specs. But well, at least you can say your rig has a bootup time of 5 secs.
I was going to post how this could possibly be a useful machine, and since I can't see flash I had to dig around for it. Then I saw the price and what they were doing. Quad SLI doesn't even make sense at this point. And by the time it DOES make sense, you'll be able to buy a 2 card SLI configuration that will bury this one anyway. Besides which for half the price you could easily build an AMD dual-core SMP system for 4 cores of Intel spanking power. And with the ammount of money you save on electrisity you can buy that car Midknyte was talking about =P

there is one i know: Doom 3.
put the graphics setting all at full bars, turn on anti-aliasing and set the resolution to 1600x1200. it may even be a bit choppy for the system...
but the settings mentioned above are also overkill. that's just for the fact that you want to maximize your pc's specs...
