erm,why did it get rejected?
Ehm,i sbmited a wall and it got rejected!
To me it looks way better than my other one and is good enough to get accepted T_T

Maybe because of you sig is sais"Dakushi"and your user name is "Yakushi".The sig should have the same name as your user name,or it won't be accepted.
Secondly you should blend that character into the backgroud and change the color of the font.

Here's my ideas about why it might have been rejected:
1. One of the points of hair on the left has some white from the extraction around it.
2. Your spelling is incorrect and you are not grammatically correct in your text "gives you the permition" which should be "gives you permission".
Did they give you any other reasons of suggestions?
My personal opinion:
Get rid of the text altogether or just keep the "Hold it!". There might be a lot of people that like your wallpaper but have no use for such specific text. You could add the text on your own personal computer. Hope this helps.

Basically ~slapztik said it all.. The scan and bg is generally okay, though my eyes aren't sharp enough to tell you where the white spots were. Try enlarging it to look.

STOP RUSHING!!! You should know that making a wall paper for AP is a LONG work... *dark bad look on you*
Okay... The last version have some better idea to be accepted on AP... Cause indeed the text was a bit too much... And really specific for your use...
About the new version : the line is fine but a bit small for the kind of font you use.. Cause now as small it's pretty messy... I would go for a lighter color but I guess the blue is fine cause it's blending in the background...
But I still feel this wall is too much blue... But that's only my taste..

Mm i think that the problems are 2 or 3.
the more impresive error .. is the circles on the left top corner. all others are centres on the axes.. but the left one not... this problem make a good wall..into a rejected wall..
the bg is recherged .. i think you need to erase the ... radioactive icon.
the blue in all the wall is fine.. cause.. are monocromatic.. and the stars they add a fresh touch to the all blue.
also the violet thing's.
that's all ... maybe you will be acepted ..

I can't help but notice this is similar to the last wall you submitted. The BGs... Anyway, it's really just that the font is all wrong for this wallpaper and that your BG consists of all brushing with no real style to it. You've got grunge and vector brushes together... Stay with vector shapes. Ones that don't have the biohazard sign on it... At least make it look like you cared to choose the brush specifically for the wall.. Not random, or whatever you had in your arsenal...
